The worker nerds(speaking as a nerd myself) here are pretentious and rude. I went into this store with my sister who lives nearby when I was visiting for Thanksgiving. I was especially interested in getting the game Carcasonne. Out of the three guys working the counter only one of them had ever heard of the game before, which is funny to me considering its popularity is almost as large as Settlers of Katan. Not to mention the various offshoots and expansion packs available. At any rate they were of little help and all three were fixated on trying to sell me on some game called Munchkin(whose title alone makes me uninterested), but I did not find that nearly as annoying as what happened next. My sister is of the Christian persuasion, whereas I living in the land of excess and sin known as Los Angeles am not. Nevertheless, I know that there are MANY Christians in this region of Tennessee and that they comprise a decent potential sales market for these knuckleheads at the game store if they would just show some common decency and human respect. My sister asked the guy behind the counter if he had ever heard of a card game called Redemption. He had not. My sister went on to explain it is like a Christian version of Magic and her kids all played it, she was interested in finding a place where new decks and expansions could be purchased in person instead of online. The guy said he had no clue(and honestly I didn’t expect him to offer to order it for her, but I know in my business if I don’t have something someone is looking for I usually offer to order it for their own convenience as well as to make the profit from it for myself instead of sending the customer to a competitor). But as we were still in the store, this oaf loudly proclaims to his other counter jockey friends that the silly woman was looking for a Christian version of Magic. They all laugh hysterically like the bullies that no doubt poked fun at their own weight issues on the playground back in school. So now here I am, embarrassed for my sister who did nothing wrong and was not even pushy when asking her ONESIMPLEQUESTION. And annoyed as I am a business owner and would NEVER tolerate such poor customer service to spew forth from one of my employees. To belittle a client based on their religious belief? From a group of fantasy game players whose biggest complaint in life is that the world judges them? AREYOUKIDDINGME? Utter nonsense. This place should be boycotted on principle alone. Unless you want to be judged by someone who must have a pent up inferiority complex, I suggest you don’t even look in their direction when walking through the mall. HORRIBLECUSTOMERRELATIONS.

This gaming store is geared towards Magic and modern RPGs. They do have paper and pencil D&D supplies/space you can rent, but I was unable to find anyone to play with. They have board games like Munchkin, and Setlers of Katan. I was supprised and pleased to find this shop.
