The Medicine Shoppe

Where do I start? Other pharmacies I’ve been to the wait is long and the staff can have attitude sometimes. I know it’s not their fault. They share with me that there isn’t enough help, due to upper management, which is why they’re always behind. Here I have girls coming up to me, checking to see if I was helped yet. (I love them all by the way, very sweet and helpful) They really make sure that all customers have their full attention. I feel like VIP here. It seems that they even know many of the customers by name, from the looks of the interactions during my short wait time.
At the Medicine SHoppe I IMMEDIATELY get greeted right away, makes me feel so welcome. That’s good service when you walk into a small shop and an employee takes the time to acknowledge that they see you and say «hello». At other pharmacies I barely even see their eyes for a second before they try to hide until I say «hello» to get their attention.
The wait is 10 – 15 minutes if it’s not less than 5. By the time I sit down to open a few messages on my phone I hear my name called. I also like that there’s a great restaurant across the street and a Starbucks/​Java Detour or McDonald’s near by so I could drop off my prescription and come back after grabbing a bite or a drink before I head back to pick up my meds.
One time I couldn’t get out there in time to pick up my medication and they offered to mail my medications to me! :)
I also get one of my hormone medications compounded here (made by the compounding technician). They estimate 24 – 48 hours since it takes time and preparation to make these medications but sometimes I get a call within the same day that it’s ready. The pharmacist really helps me understand how these hormones help me and my body. I suffered through some really tough symptoms and if it weren’t for his recommendation to see Dr. Campbell to ask the doctor to prescribe me this hormone, I wouldn’t feel as amazing as I do today. He saved my life, when no other doctors could help me.
I can’t find any other reason why I would go to any other pharmacy because this pharmacy treats me so well. It’s like I found «the one».

Get my compounds here and they’re always incredibly fast! The staff members always take the time to greet you when you walk in. Medications are filled fast and it’s never a hassle! I love how down-​to-​earth the place and people are compared to big retail stores. The pharmacists really know their stuff and always makes the best recommendations to your doctor. They all go out of their way to get everything I need quickly.

I love this pharmacy. Pharmacist goes out of his way to make time to go over my medications and recommendations. Their staffs are fast and friendly. They greet me every time I go in their pharmacy. It makes me happy!

Exceptional pharmacy. Dr Huynh has been my pharmacy for the last few years and has been very informative. He sits down and explain all the medication that my doctors prescribes. I even get home delivery if needed. It’s the extra tlc and extra miles of services that I don’t mind driving to get all my prescriptions from medicine shoppe here. Service level is supreme. Best pharmacy by far. Thanks for always watching out for me and what I take. Thank you.

Love this place! Fast service and friendly staff. Great pharmacist who really knows his stuff. Always get my prescriptions filled here! They are the BEST!!!
