This used to be one of the best Starbucks around in the morning. It used to be in and out and in with your day. The new crew in the morning is horrible. They are in no hurry to do anything let alone customer service. When you go inside they can’t even say hi, I will be with you in a minute, nothing. Just ignore you while the two employees it takes to make a drink work together and the other two are still chatting about last night. This place is one to avoid until they get a new staff. I say new staff cause you can’t teach work ethic. Update — 2−22−16 This place is still on a downward spiral. The good news is it is the morning crew that is the problem. The afternoon crew is fast and efficient. Someone should tell the manager not to put all the«3rd» string on the same shift at the busiest time.

I’ve been to this location many times and the drive thru has never expedited my visit, but today was by far my absolute worst experience!!! After ordering my one drink I sat behind two cars for over 15 minutes waiting for my order! I didn’t even want the drink anymore but b/c I was I was blocked in I couldn’t go anywhere. I have completely given up on this location and will not be going back there anymore.

Very likely this is the worst Starbucks ever. We went thru the drive thru.. . We waited at the order speaker for several minutes.. . Saying«hello??.. we are ready to order!» No answer. After the gap between us & the car in front of us was 3 car lengths, the person asked us if she had already taken our order.. .the first two things we ordered she said were not available? What? They are on the menu.. Sorry no — order something else; which we do then pull up into line. After paying for our beverages– which were waiting for us when we pulled forward– She walked away from the window & took 4 other orders and we waited and waited — ?!? I finally shouted at her to plz hand me our drinks?. How hard is it to hand someone their drink when it is sitting on the counter! I told my friend this is the worst Starbucks ever & next time we will go somewhere else, so now we go anywhere BUT here. They should really do a better job. Really no stars if that were an option —

The drinks are good, like every other Starbucks but the staff is very unfriendly and you always have to wait and wait and wait some more! Minimum of a 12 minuet wait! Always!!! I wouldn’t recommend stoping unless you have the time.

The employee are super nice, always friendly and nice. The problem is in management, there never enough employee and the turnover is high. Anytime after 3pm your lucky to get through the line in less than a half hour. It seems alot of times the employee are working there shift one job at a time, there is no team work when they get busy. Such a shame. Hardly never see the manager on the floor helping when they get busy or short handed.

I sat in the drive thru for over 30 Mins waiting for my drink. I would have left but I was stuck between several cars. Once I got to the window, they didn’t have my order. I did get it no charge. I appreciate the good customer service despite the rest of the stuff that happened!

Today I got the holiday special buy one and get one free. The service was great, fast, and they even recommended a nice treat to go with my drink. We sat inside for a few mins, and I watched them put drink after drink out fast. I’ve seen people complaining on here about how slow they are, how rude, and always messing up their drinks. What I saw today, they smiled, said hello when walking in, and all’s I heard was laughter. It was nice being in this store, even if it was only for a few mins.

This is seriously the SLOWEST Starbucks in the whole area. It is the only one in Marysville, so sometimes I have no choice but to stop. I’ve timed the drive through multiple times, and it takes about 3 minutes per car in line. Sometimes more.

Nothing special about this location. My only complaint is that they are very slow at making drinks. It took me 20 mins to get through the drive thru a few weeks ago and there was only 5 cars ahead of me :/

It’s a good place to study like any other Starbucks. But, the workers are younger, lacked maturity, and didn’t consider customers who are there to study. The day I I went in, some girl was laughing obnoxiously and making weird animal noises which made people a little uncomfortable(as if she had a condition). Seriously, she continued my whole stay there(I was there for 5hrs btw).

One of those Starbucks. I stopped by on the way from Table mountain to the Bay Area. Always nice to have a cup of coffee after hike/camping. The service was friendly and the place was cozy.

I’ve been here so many times, and will not go back. I’ve never been to a Starbucks this bad. The staff has always been nice, and the coffee isn’t horrible, I just have come to expect this location to mess up an order or over microwave my sandwich or charge me for someone else’s order. Maybe it’s a management issue. I won’t go back simply out of frustration. Do not go here if you are in a hurry, that’s for sure.

Totally a great experience every time guaranteed. If you are Not satisfied with the drink they have crafted, they’ll make it right. Cleanest Starbucks I’ve seen. They take pride in going above and beyond customer service!!! I’ve traveled across the USA Including the islands and I’ve seen my share of Starbucks. I’m so happy to get back to my «home» Starbucks where it is always clean, fast, friendly and they know the difference from frequent and LOYALGOLDCARDMEMBERS.
