Nothing like a broken spring before a long Memorial Day weekend to put you in a bad mood. But then I called Rob K at Sound Garage and he made it ALL better. Rob took a look at his busy Friday schedule and was able to squeeze me in for new springs and service with Eric the tech before he started any other jobs.
Eric was quick, efficient and was able to get me opening/​closing before the kids went off to school! And the springs Sound Garage chooses to use are a top notch product with a much greater life expectancy-50,000 cycles. Needles to say, I should have called Sound Garage Door the first time my springs broke-​a short four years ago. The competitor I hired charged me $ 100 more than these new springs cost for an inferior product and that was FOUR years ago.
Can’t thank Sound Garage Door, Rob and Eric enough for their great customer service and competitive pricing. I’m going to go open and close the garage door now, just because I can!

I bought a voucher from Amazon Local to get my garage door conditioned and repaired. Dave, came out and did such a great job that I’m giving him and the company a shout out in this review. Dave was right on time, professional, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was one of the best customer service experiences that I have had in a long time.
