AT&T & Nor Cal Cellular is preditory. USE CAUTION WHEN MAKING PURCHASES HERE. My elderly parents were sold the wrong plan, told one thing only to later find that it was another, and was misled as they tried to rectify the issue. They lacked the knowledge and experience to know better as the smiling clerk made her commission and led them meerily down the prime rose path. Even I was confused — when they finally asked me for help two weeks later — by what they were sold (the item looked liked a router but only handled wireless home service). The customer service line advised us that we were sold the wrong item and sent us back to the store
Once at the store, the Sales Manager said after 14 days there was nothing they could do. Two hours later we determined that they SHOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD MY PARENTS WHAT THEY DID. Finally, we moved past it and resolved the issue BUT it never should have been necessary for me to handle. Shame on you Cindy.
