Mike Russo knows his BBQ’s I recommend Marysville Judd and Black for all your appliance needs. I bought a Webber grill from Mike last Thursday and even though it was pouring down rain I went home and grilled up some steaks. They were the best we have ever had. A great Webber grill really makes a difference. I didn’t even need A1. Great customer service from sales and management at this location.

Purchased four large kitchen appliances last month. Our salesman was so helpful and knowledgeable of brands and features. He never pressured us to upgrade or purchase warranties. Went the extra mile helping to find a range that would accommodate a difficult cabinet configuration. Had a problem with the range, and he had a new one delivered to my home in two days! I am very satisfied with my purchases. All the staff provided outstanding customer service, they make the customer feel valued. I will recommend them to all.

I called there 3 times. Once it said the number was disconnected. The second time, I got transferred by an employee to «a number that was disconnected. The third time I got transferred 2 times before finally reaching the service department. for whatever reason the gentleman couldn’t hear me and and told me to speak up. When I gave them the model number there was silence while he looked it up then he told me they needed the part shipped. I told him thanks anyway but I needed the part sooner. He said alright and hung up. I’ve bought many appliances at this location but after today I think I’ll take my money elsewhere. After they get your money I guess there is no reason to be polite and pleasant any longer… disappointing.

After a recent appliance ordering nightmare with an online company in New York(Appliances Connection), I purchased the remainder of the appliances we needed for a new home from Judd and Black. I purchased a dishwasher for my home less than 3 years ago and it’s already bad. I did not purchase their extended warranty because I feel that if you sale a product then you should stand behind that product and at least have a warranty that is for a maximum of 4 or 5 years. Basically I’m upset and trying not to say something out of spite. I just think they should stand behind their merchandise. My dishwasher element burned out and the 2 different appliance repair companies where shocked and advised me that the dishwasher manufacture was to blame and not from use. So Judd and black should’ve repaired my dishwasher and then had the maytag reimburse them. Anyway, if you purchase and item from Judd and black make them throw in an extended warranty at no cost. Since the warranty pays their own service department. Talk about an inside job! Thanks for reading!

Throughout the years we have purchased appliances for our home, and our rental. If a part went out we either was able to get part quickly so my husband could repair or even had their nice repair service out. Our glass top cookstove — within ten years old — glass window in the door crack/broke — their reaction, oh that is common, you can order a new part and then quoted me a price for a new stove. Stoves only last approx 8 years. REALLY. My question is why are you carrying brands you aren’t willing to stand behind, by replacement of part or major discount on a replacement appliance. Judd and Black, if your salesmen ARENOT willing to work for the customer best even after a sale. Then why do we go there, we may as well go to the box store, or discount houses…
