Return process is horrible. I have to wait for the store to send an email to district manager. Then I have to wait for district manager to check his email and give a code? Two people tried to contact finally he answered but now my receipt was rang up incorrectly. It was rang up as a quick sale? Now I am waiting for him to find the transaction in the computer, but I have the paper receipt? Now he can’t find it. It’s been almost an hour. Now he has to request a new code from his dm? I just want to return it and gety money aback, I won’t ever work with these guys again.

Great location and great customer service! I came here to get my presale for the next iPhone 6. Michael was the associate who helped me and even though he was clearly new… He was super helpful and nice. He was able to give me options and find the version perfect for me and also got me to save money on my monthly plan.
