Worst customer experience I have had from an Assistant Store Manager in a very long time. I purchased a screen protector from a sales associate who told me that if it breaks, return it for a replacement. I was never offered to pay an additional price for the warranty or I would have. All my phones have insurance because I want to be protected from damages. When the phone was dropped the screen protector cracked but protected the lcd screen like advertised. When I brought the phone back to replace the screen protector, the Assignment Store manager from the State Street store was filling in and said we didn’t buy the additional warranty. I told him what the sales associate had told me when I bought the item and he said, that sales associate is no longer with us and was fired because he was telling other people similar things. I asked why I am being punished for the sales person telling me this falsely and asked why he wouldn’t take care of the customer since he obviously knew it was sold to me as if it was under warranty. He said he didn’t want to get in trouble for giving me a free product! I asked the sales manager if he was willing to loose my business due to his level of customer service and he said he was fine with it. I called customer service for Gowireless and he told me that it was up to the store manager if he wanted to help me and should have taken care of me. I will never return to a Gowireless store again.

This store is supposed open at 9am. My boyfriend and I arrived and patiently waited until after 9:20 and eventually had to give up and go home. Kind of hard to get good reviews when you can’t even open the store on time.
