HORRIBLE! We waited in line in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for a couple burgers and fries. We got our order and it was WARM. It was around 9pm/​10pm and it wasn’t even busy. I don’t understand why it would have taken that long and why our food wasn’t even hot. No wonder there’s always a long line for their drive thru. It’s not because they’re always «busy» it’s because it takes forever to get your food.

Horrible customer service! Called to let them know that my blizzard was missing the cheesecake in it. And the manager was so rude and told me that anyone could call and tell them that. Basically insinuating I was lying. All I wanted was my mini strawberry cheesecake blizzard made right next time I went in since I was already home and they were ok to lose a customer over $ 3? I will not be coming back to this location.

Its hard to find a good fast food to eat at so I thought Dairy Queen would be a good stop, which I love their fries anyway. So I grab a burger and fries threw the drive thru before work. I drive off and start to eat my fries. I come to a stop and look at the fries i have in my hand and there was a very long blonde hair in it! Not mine I have brown hair and it was in with the fries like it was cooked with it. I called them and it was «ok» costumer service. Told me to come by and I could get coupons or replaced. Never had time to do that. But decided to try once more today. Girl took my card and handed it back with not only a receipt but a blonde hair as well. Got home eat my food very Carefully and one of my fries seems to have some kind of piece of foil or something on it. I will not go back ever again. Couldn’t even put the cheese on the cheeseburger right.

Bad service. People are rude and seem like they don’t want to be there. Don’t go to this Dairy Queen.

So pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received today. I packed two sick kids in my car to go up and get my son a birthday cake only to find that DQ doesn’t open until 10:30. I called to make sure and Rod answered the phone. He asked if I was the truck in the lot and I said that I was and that I was there to buy a cake. He was nice enough to open the doors for me so I could buy my son his birthday cake. This kind of considerate customer service is rare these days and I appreciate it more than I can say. Thank you, Rod, for the thoughtfulness!

The blizzard — has been cut in half. For 20 years I’ve been stopping at Dairy Queen for Hawaiian blizzard and now I can’t get it anymore. The blizzards they do make is watery and would never stand up to the upside down test of the original blizzards.

The ice cream products are decent but aren’t worth the hassle of long lines. The rest of the menu is fast food and is on par with Burger King or McDonalds. Unless you’re really jonesing for a blizzard, I would suggest going somewhere else. Don’t even try the drive thru, there is at least 5 cars in line at all times during business hours.

Get all the way to the window and they don’t «accept the app coupons»
I have used the coupons here before twice. Suddenly they don’t take them and why didn’t they say anything when we said we had the app coupon when we ordered them.
The girl was very rude. They just lost my business.

I’m not sure why there’s so many really bad reviews. It’s a Dairy Queen… so nothing too fancy. Although it is nicer since they remodeled recently. The ice cream is always good. I’ve never had any workers be rude to me. And occasionally they do get busy and there is a line, but I would say more often then not, I haven’t had to wait in line at all, or maybe only had one person ahead of me (inside or in the drive through).

We waited in line through the drive for over 30min. under staffed, Blizzard incorrect but still tasted good. Too hot to argue the issue .By the time I finally got to the window to pay I was cooking hot day…

Actual visit 4÷5÷15. Around 630pm. Me and my wife went into DQ and ordered a Jurassic park blizzard, chold size strawberry sunday and a salted caramel truffle minus the the truffle.
Instead they made 2 of the Jurassic park blizzards (both made incorrectly) and an adult sized Sunday. We went to the counter with the second Jurassic blizzard and asked for it to be remade to The salted caramel truffle blizzard The cashier argued with us about how they can’t control if extra. Ingredients get mixed in «by accident» and that they would not remake the blizzard. At this point I asked for a refund and was again told by the cashier that I would not get a refund. So we asked to talk to her manager and the manager challenged us again on the same issues as previously stated. The manager eventually gave us a refund but not until we argued for 10 minutes…
Keep in mind this is the first time I have ever been to this location. It will defietly be my LAST visit. I am going to Burger King across the street from now on!

Total joke there figure it out !!! There’s no need for 10 cars in the drive thru… I go inside and same issue ! Telling the kid talking to employees this and he says it’s always like this ! he said there’s nothing they can do about it. It’s completely preventable … how many customers including me do they really loose… I’m sure a ton… not that good of food sorry… McDonald’s ice cream and Burger Kings across the street is just as good get a grip.

The employees here don’t care at all.
The service is incredibly slow; approximately 20 mins to get my 2 blizzards. when I had been the first person in line at the counter and no one was behind me.
Place wasn’t clean when we went in, nor did anyone seem concerned about getting the sticky off the tables and floors.
Blizzards BLATANTLY failed the upside-​down test. Thankfully the employees didn’t even try, or my soup-​blizzard would’ve been on the counter and floor.
Definitely not recommended.

The big problem here is wait time. It always takes forever. They always seem under staffed.
Still u can’t beat their ice creams.

Don’t waste your time or money. Filthy restaurant that smells like sour milk. Incredibly slow service and the worst ice cream ever. Better off going next door to Albertsons for pop sickles.

Worst place ever. The customer service is horrible and I blame the poor management. No matter how busy the place is it will take forever. I rather drive to everett than deal with this place. Today i watched the redheaded manager handle orders, touch doors, counters. etc and then proceeded to cut up fruit and picked the food up with his dirty hands!!! Now this is the manager so you know the employees probably aren’t much cleaner. So disgusting. By far the WORST dairy queen ever! Will never go here again!

Terrible customer service, the girl taking our order acted/​looked like she rather be elsewhere. Inside Dairy Queen smelled like a dirty wet mop. 1 star because their blizzards are yummaaay :9

They get a 2 because my kids love ice cream. The service wasn’t to bad but everyone working there looks like they just came from the street, very dirty and crummy looking. The staff did act like they could careless for the customer. Dinning area very dirty. Surprising enough the restroom was not that bad which comes to my point, the restroom looked cleaner then the dining area lol. Customers will alway come for the ice cream as there are not a lot of places to go. Dairy Queen knows this, so will never fix the issues needed until someone gets sick. Next time I will post pics, so beware when you see them lol.

Customer service here SUCKS. That is what happens when you hire a bunch of teens that don’t give a crap.

Seriously, how long does one have to wait in line here? The service is horrible. They are only getting 2 stars because their blizzards are good.
Inside is outdated, grimy and not well maintained. The staff is surly and usually looks like they want to be elsewhere. Last summer when we went there, after sitting in line for over 15 minutes, we were told we could not be helped because they were now closed. We had entered the line 15 minutes before closing and we were very rudely treated. The last time we went through, there were only 2 cars ahead of us, yet it took nearly 20 minutes to get our blizzards in the drive thru line.
