I’ve purchased a couple firearms from this location and have never left disappointed. It can be hard to find a staff member sometimes, but I always know what I’m looking for when I go in so it’s never been a big problem. The store has a lot of neat outdoor stuff and their prices are a bit higher than walmart, but its worth it not to have to go to walmart. I’ll continue to shop there for my outdoor needs.

I was in here with my 2 year old and was a the check out and I happened to look over to my right and saw some loser cramming his coat with watches. I was shocked at first, when I realized what I was seeing I told the clerk that I thought he was being robbed. All the staff were proactive and chased down the guy as he ran out of the store and got his license plate number. When it was over with the staff profusely apologized to me for what I experienced, even though it wasn’t their fault. Awesomeness all around!

Big 5, you may have just earned yourself a loyal customer for life.
I purchased a pair of running shoes for my son and after only a week of wear, they were falling apart. I returned them and was treated with kindness and respect. The exchange happened swiftly and I went on my way happily.
Unfortunately, the second pair of the identical shoes also fell apart, this time after only one day of wear. My son and I once again came into the store to seek some sort of resolution. We were told this time to go pick out a different pair of shoes since this particular style might be a bad lot. We did that and the exchange was hassle-​free and easy. I wasn’t made to feel like I was wasting any of the associate’s time and everyone seemed happy to help me. I really appreciated that!
We will definitely be back. The caring that was given to us in regard to our experience was top notch.

Wow! The gf and I were VERY impressed with the efficient and extremely helpful service we had here. We were looking for 2 of a specific item and they only had one but the helpful dude called up the line on our drive and had them hold one for us there.
This is the kind of service I grew up with in a small town and I miss it terribly here in the big bad city.
