Mold, mold, mold! I’m sure it’s everywhere. the bathroom, molding, outside the apartments ! Everywhere! The smell of the apartments smell like musty, old, Mild dew piece of shit! I hate the smell! It was not safe to stay here, I had issues with my health I’ve never had before. I can call a mold inspector or wait just wait the 2 months until my lease is up! I’m glad it’s almost over with! The appliances aren’t updated and don’t match, the neighbors are loud, the AC very rarely works, maintenance is lazy and I’m paying over $ 800?!! I will NEVER rent here again! I’m warning you do not live here ! Not worth it, move to pavilion instead to pay cheaper rent !
