This location is a dump — poorly maintained, understaffed and a «must-skip» food destination. The quesadilla was unusually thin and cool to the touch. The taco was fine. The drinks were room-temp due to a broken ice machine and soda fountain. Broken tables, peeling wallpaper and difficult parking access round out the ambiance. Oh, and the posted menu features a very large picture and description of the CHICKSTAR, which I was cheerfully told is no longer on the menu — they just hadn’t taken it down yet.
On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant. It’s a shame the owners don’t invest a bit more in the operation so that the pleasantness of the employees is matched by their surroundings.
Just a mile or so from here, on Dorsett Rd, is a Taco Bell that is doing everything right. Eat there, not here.

Seriously, how hard could it be working at a fast food restaurant? I am not try to degrade fast food workers but when you only order three things and they get it wrong it is extremely frustrating.
On a late Saturday night we drove through Taco Bell and pick up some food for a friend who was babysitting. We specifically asked for a beef Sriracha burritos and when we got home The order was wrong and we were missing a burrito.
I would most likely never visit this place again. They have a very young staff working there late at night. The overnight staff does not seem to care about customer service and are somewhat arrogant. I refuse to give my business to corporate chains moving forward.

It’s hit or miss here. Most of the time food is made sloppy and terribly. Other times the food is ok. I prefer the one on Dorsett near millwell, they always cook and prepare their food to perfection. This location however is pretty bad…

I’ve recently realized that this is actually the worst Taco Bell you’ll find value-wise. Their Value-Menu is limited and much smaller than other Taco Bells, and I’m not even sure if they have the $ 2 meal specials going currently at other Taco Bells.
If you want to head for the border, go far away from this one to another Taco Bell in your area.
