The front desk staff was SO RUDE that we walked out and went somewhere else.
We went near the end of the day and they clearly didn’t want us to sign in. Although there were no cars out front and only one person in the waiting room they quickly told us the wait was over an hour and we were best off to go to their other location in St. Peters. I said we’d wait knowing it wouldn’t be an hour and they insisted that I go to St. Peters saying «it’s only a few minutes from here» well it’s not actually it’s about a half hour drive… they have no clue where their locations are. Even when we tried to sign in and wait they were very rude and since it was my son who was being seen I was afraid he would have an awful experience so we left and went the the place down the street that saw us immediately and was very friendly.

Quick good complete neurological exam by the Nurse Practitioner. Feeling better now I just need to schedule a follow up with my primary physician.

Looking to find a new place closer to home and this is what Google came up with. Staff is real friendly and knowledgeable and fairly quick to get you checked in and out of the waiting room. However it took 45 minutes before the nurse practitioner came in to check out my problem. If they would have been more urgent they would have received all 5 star’s.

I’ve been going to Walgreens take care clinic because of its convenience. They are very limited in what they treat, so I had to find another place to be seen immediately. I found SSM on google and it was the closest urgent care to my house. I went in and, after all of the standard «check in» questions, was seen by the nurse practitioner within 15 mins. Everyone was extremely nice and the entire place was immaculate! The comfort factor was amazing and everyone seemed to be enjoying their job. I will be visiting with any future ailments and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SSM Urgent Care to everyone!
