Purchased a tree and paid extra to have existing tree removed. Received a call that they could not remove the existing tree and would have to come back. Came home to find our lawn torn up with tracks, tree not removed and existing top of tree hidden on side of yard. I expected much higher quality of service from this company as they had planted trees for us before.
I am now seeking a refund for the tree and installation as well as repair to the yard. We ended up cutting up the top of the tree ourselves and will remove the rest of the tree. Their installation crew left a sour taste in our mouth after a good experience selecting our new tree.
