At the last minute I had to find a ride home from the St. Louis airport for my daughter, who’d had an unexpected flight delay which brought her in after midnight. I found them on Unilocal and our experience was excellent. They took the information down carefully and confirmed it was accurate, then emailed me confirmation. They showed up on time, with a nice sign to make it easy. And she said the ride home went very well. As confirmed with my dispatcher, Charles, the gratuity was included in price quoted. He also told me they’d been in business since 1989.

Driver asked if I wanted to put the gratuity on my car while paying I said yes sure, he proceeds to give him self 20 $ and charge my card without asking how much I wanted to give him, this was less than a 15 minute car ride… Don’t use this service greedy and unprofessional

I used A1 to get my elderly parents, my mother’s caregiver and me from STL to our hotel, and then back to STL two days later. The logistics involved were somewhat complicated and A1 made what could have been a very difficult trip, vey easy. Booking the car was easy, they called to reconfirm, and the driver (Michael) called once we landed and were taxing to the gate, to say that he was waiting for us. Same thing on our return to the airport — truly excellent, very friendly service. I would highly recommend A1!
