Always have lines no matter what time of day you come! 20 minutes waiting in line is ridiculous!!!

Not bad, not great, just average. Thankfully, this location doesn’t stink like Subway(restaurant), like the Franklin location. My only complaints are the other patrons. I watched as some jerk knowingly cut off the mentally-handicapped cart-attendant that was attempting to wrangle a couple-dozen carts. I stop here every couple of weeks, and will probably continue to do so.

Drove from Indianapolis to this walmart location because they actually sell firearms. I went down and saw that they had a very small selection of firearms to choose from, which happens and I understand. My issue came when I asked the associate for some information about the rifles. I was told she didn’t know anything about them, and that they had no managers on duty that would know anything. What further bothered me was when I asked to see the catalog of sporting supplies, she first told me she didn’t know where it was, then after looking a couple of minutes she gave up and called a manager for help. This is where I get really fired up. In a customer service profession, nothing ticks me off more than when an employee calls for help a manager does not respond. Instead of the manager coming to help her in the department the manager called and said she didn’t know anything about firearms and our catalog must have been stolen. The poor customer service woman was frazzled, she had 5 other patrons wanting information on various products and I wanted to see a couple of rifles while a friend of mine also wanted to purchase ammunition. No manager ever came to assist the CSR. Very, Very poor in my opinion. I fully realize that this is a walmart, and I shouldn’t expect much from the associates, but come on!
