I like their services but very inconsistent on who you can see — Doctors seem to keep being out. Plus they are so hard to get an appointment with; between being put on hold every time I call + no way to schedule online it’s frustrating. I may need to switch to a new place — it’s a shame they are so close to my house and do good work but in the end there are so many choices you have to choose someone who actually cares and wants your business.

I received a facial there and the aesthetician, who seemed informative, spoke incessantly. Part of receiving a facial is the relaxation part, but given this woman spoke non-stop, it was challenging to enjoy the facial. Not to mention when I went to pay, I was told it cost an incremental amount since the aesthetician used a special machine. Give the customer the option beforehand — that part seemed sketchy which contradicts the whole style and décor of the place. Be up front about pricing because you’ll ruin a customer’s first impression and they’ll never come back.

I love this place and I have gotten great results. The place is clean, the service is quick, and the results are lasting. The only downside is I have felt inconsistency with the assistants and that the doctor didn’t remember me as a client. I had been to her four times and she asked if this was my first time– even though the woman at the desk knew I had been there before. The doctor should have checked ahead of time. Also, one assistant told me red dots meant that that area would be treated more effectively while another assistant said that was merely an irritation and didn’t mean anything– training should be more consistent!
However, like I said… I get fairly good results (although after 6 laser hair treatments I feel like I’ve plateaued) and I’m pleased. Also very expensive!!! But worth it.
