Obviously, Pizza Hut can be awesome when cooked well, but Martinsville Pizza Hut sucks. The Pizza Hut that I went to in Greenwood was always delicious, always made sure my order was right before I paid and food always looked perfect. When I order online from here, they never make the pizza how I asked for it and it never looks very good at all. And EVERYTIME I order breadsticks, they’re burnt. I get really tired of wasting my money on them because I want some good Pizza Hut and keep trying to give them another chance.

Food was typical Pizza Hut food. Waitress was unfriendly and not attentive at all. She walked by, looked at empty plates, and turned and walked away. When we were close to being finished, she came over and smiled, took plates, asked if there was anything else she could do. I had to refrain myself from suggesting a waitressing or hospitality class — my lack of tipping her should suggest it, but I’m sure that will go right over her head.
We noticed the salt shakers and such had a sticky film on them and right before leaving noticed dead bugs on a few window sills — I think the health department should make a surprise visit here. The owner may be a good person, but he/​she needs to be checking on the restaurant and staff more often.

Average pizza Hut food. We were the only ones in the dinning room yet it was filthy. The service was fine the food is what it is fast food pizza. Left thinking I needed to go home and shower. I would recommend doing the take out.

Been here 15 min, and theres been a spilled drink on the floor the entire time and a waitress has walked over it 2 times they arent even buisy, mabey 3 other people besides me in here at the moment. Everything is dirty, crumbs all over the floor. This is not a nice pizza hut to eat.

I like Pizza Hut and have had very good pizza at a Pizza Hut before. The Martinsville Pizza Hut is a bar on its own. When they do have the buffet, the owner is such a cheapskate that they never have pizza on the buffet. And when they do, it’s only 2 or 3. Also, the service is so slow. It’s like they care more about their cigarette break than anything else. Being in Martinsville, this doesn’t surprise me one bit, however, it’s unacceptable. What’s worse, while you can buy Pizza Hut gift cards there, you CANNOT use them. WTF?

Biggest pos of the chain 1st drinks on menu not avail then asked for sodas no ice came with ice taste like dishsoap placed order after waiting 15 min told my item was not available told them this would be a killer place to open a restaurant and walked out. I’m not a big Pizza Hut fan went because fiancé likes won’t ever go in this store again
