Hands down the WORST KFC I’ve ever been to. No one was at the front counter to take orders because they were all behind the food display getting yelled at by the manager. A drive through order got messed up, which precipitated the worst observation of leadership/​management I’ve ever seen. After she was done with her tirade (just barely stopping short of calling them all retarded), all the staff were visibly shaken and distraught. A poor young girl sheepishly took my order. After I ordered I waited 20 minutes (really?) for chicken tenders and continued to watch the manager throw her weight around… and there was a lot of it. There wasn’t but 5 or so other people in the restaurant so it wasn’t like they were slammed. The teams performance was a result of piss poor management skills. If one of my supervisors acted that disrespectful to my staff they’d promptly be shown the door. I finally just ended up asking for a refund and leaving… Never to return.

Pretty good place here in town. The buffet is small, but they keep it stocked pretty well. I love the bowls. I know they are terrible for you, but oh my are they good! I also like the biscuits. Actually, you have to be a fan of starchy carbs to like this place! Pretty good, though.
