Every where I go restaurants seem to have their own version of what jerk chicken tastes like. This place has a pretty good version and I’m glad to see them in martins burg. I hope they are able to make it. I plan on being a regular customer. My only complaint is I wish they’d give you a bigger serving of the homemade jerk sauce. It’s really good!

I’ve been here multiple times and it never disappoints! The portions are huge. We can never eat it all in one sitting. Makes for awesome leftovers. My favorite is the oxtail that you can only get on Fridays and Saturdays if they don’t sell out(because it’s that good). The chicken and beef patties are good for a quick snack on the go. We always carry out, but dining in is an option as well. So glad there’s more legit dining options in the area. Hope this place stays around for a long time!

Food is phenomenal, you can tell they know what they are doing in the kitchen. I got the curry chicken and it was«fall-off-the-bone.» The taste was phenomenal. The rice and beans were cooked perfectly. The cuts of chicken weren’t massive cuts like KFC, but if you know about chickens, that’s a good thing for those who are eating it and the chicken. The jerk chicken is also a home run. Definitely suggest the Jamaican«kola» with your meal. On top of it all, the guys that run the place are awesome and personable. It’s nice to have a truly unique place in martinsburg. support local and eat here!

I went to Ting & Ting a couple of weeks ago, during their«soft opening»(before the official grand opening date). Even then, the service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the boss took the time to chat with me. I’ve only been to a couple of other Caribbean places, but the food here tastes great to me, and the serving sizes were big. The inside of the place is modern, the music rules, and there’s a dining area in back(it’s not just take-out here). For me, Ting & Ting is the coolest place in Martinsburg. The complaints from other reviewers seem to be about things that happen in a lot of new restaurants finding their feet. Ting didn’t officially open ’til Nov. 13, 2015.

I was very disappointed! Curry chicken tasted ok, but they gave me nothing but bones! Literally only got four small bites. Jerk chicken was not bad, but again, I got mostly bones. More than the curry chicken though. Rice which came with both meals was almost crunchy. It was severely under cooked. I will not be going back!

Brown stew chicken had a bunch of little bones in it. It was made with shredded chicken & had ingredients missing. Curry goat tasted like beef instead of goat. Seems like they are trying to save money instead of doing things right. The food was ok if you crave carribean & don’t have time or energy to drive somewhere else or cook it yourself.
