I ordered flowers on 1−800-Flowers only to be totally disappointed I called Flowers Unlimited to fix my mistake. Buy calling in I got double the flowers for the same price. I wasn’t aware but basically 1−800-Flowers and their ilk just send the order on to a florist. So by just calling direct to a Florist your $ doesn’t get eaten up by fees but is put toward the product.
I have just been giving them a $ value and color then just let them do the work. They know what their doing. They get pretty excited to express their creativity.
Otherwise service was good and the delivery was fine. I haven’t found a reason to go anywhere else.
