Great book store! The customer service is excellent, and I like their selection of books. The coffee is better than the Starbucks at Target. And, they have free WiFi for members :) Definitely planning to renew membership.

Better visit this time. Welcomed by cashier. Hey, they ask for feedback. SOWHAT! The questionnaire is short. Most stores that have surveys don’t even bother to ask for feedback. I work at a Big Box store that asks every customer every time for feedback. It’s not really«gaming» unless, as another reviewer opined, they say«we are looking for all 10s» which DID happen today. Yes, our pay increases are based on our customer feedback so it’s important. If you work at a store where Customer Service is the most important thing they do, than give the store employees a break and give some positive feedback. Still, wife made two purchases and paid full price. So the uptick to 3* is based on customer service and selection, not pricing. Not a frequent buyer(at full price) so I decline«membership» every time here and at Barnes and Nobles. Borrowing from the Library still works well for me(NOCOST option).

The store is fine what I hate is every time you go there you get grilled about surveys magazine subscriptions and also on. I get why stores do a survey but it makes me nuts when they tell you that they have to get tens. I know they could be disciplined if they don’t get good scores but I hate when employees game the results.
