Typically, they don’t run «sales.» They seem to offer a $ 5 off $ 20 coupon in the sunday papers and in the mail if you are on their mailing list, though. They also offer clearance-​priced merchandise. Their pricing of products is «average.»
They carry quality product lines and have a large selection.
We recently went here for a «registry» gift purchase for a bridal shower. They printed out the entire wish list, which includes the quantity desired and what has been purchased (by others) to date. Very helpful.
We selected an item. I asked about gift wrapping, and they said, yes they do that. I asked how much, and they said «no charge» which is always music to my ears. It was a nice gift bag (with BB&B on the outside of course, but tastefully done) with tissue paper, so that was quite allright.
Customer service was very helpful and friendly.
