Steven Lopez greeted me with a sincere handshake and asked to help me. I let him know my photos are posting upside down to Facebook and Facebook cannot help. He proceeded to look in my settings and ensure I had enough space, etc. I invested a small amount for new space and Steven patiently transferred my pictures to my hard drive. Now the problem is fixed and I found a new techy friend. Steven is great, give him a try! :-).

This is the worst store I have ever been to. ONE person working who doesn’t know his ass from his head. Started to help multiple customers at once which made it hard for him to get anything done. All while stopping to check his own text messages and taking time to plug in his phone etc. he told me of I wanted help that I would need to come back another day cause he needed to close, after I waited over an hour! RUDE and unprofessional. How is this store still in business?! GETITTOGETHER. And have more than one person working.

I’ve learned my lesson to only go to retail stores. I also bought the third party Protect Cell insurance plan from this location and it has been a nightmare. The place is just not very professionally run. I will definitely be doing all of my Verizon business in Pleasant Hill from now on.

These guys were are rude, from the first second I walk in to this store I was treated like crap. They both look like there on drugs. Horrible customer service. They tried to sell me a used phone from there own private stash, the whole thing seemed really shady. DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE!!! If any regional managers read this review you should fire your entire staff at this location!!!

I really don’t like writing reviews good or bad, but this store is so awful and it basically stole 300 dollars of my money. The representative talk me into buying a third party insurance plan from protect cell. They told me that they will cover all insurance plan for any damages or mechanical and software issue. They told me that insurance company give you a brand new phone when a claim is filed. I need a new warranty my phone due to a battery and a software issue so I went into the store and they told me to call the insurance company because it’s a third party company I’m not directly associated with our store. Once I got protect cell on the line they did not want to warranty my phone, they also told me it would be an additional hundred plus dollars for them to get me another phone. Not only was I going to have to pay the additional money but they were going to send me a refurbished phone. I asked him about the brand new phone and their response was only if we have them in stock. How many times have we heard statements like that? I ask them when they were going to get another supplier and their answer was we don’t know. I said under false representation that I wanted a refund and they absolutely denied it. they said talk to the store who sold me the plan. Of course their responses we have no responsibility since it is a third party insurance company. Remember this particular Verizon store was pretty insistent on selling me that companies plan. I’ve called Verizon corporate office but because it’s a franchise office they really can’t do anything. The service in this office is some of the worst service I’ve seen. . Even a smoke shop in the downtown ghetto of compton have better service. Corporate verizon gave me the franchise district representative but told me that the store would have to give me the number. I called them for the number today and they have so far refused to provide that number. This is an ongoing battle with this franchise office. I will not alter this review until we come to an agreement.

This is by far the worst I have ever been treated. Not only was I lied to by the guys that work at this store(who are buddies), but they treated me so unbelievably rude. DONOTGOTOTHISSTORE!!! These are mean, nasty, liars and the do not represent Verizon well. I have been with this company a long time and Verizon corporate stores are very nice and all about customer service. Make sure you go to a corporate store instead.
