Rick Johnson insurance is one of the few agencies that specializes in insurance for contractors. Alexandra is friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly has the best interest of her clients at heart. She is available to her clients at almost anytime and always ensues they are well taken care of. About a year ago the building they are in suffered a fire. We were still able to reach Alex and get emergency certificates of insurance within a day. I can’t say enough about her.
If you’re looking for a fair, honest and hard working insurance broker who cares about her clients, go see Alex — you won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could give negative stars. This agency is the broker for our small business and they literally will not email or call us back. We have an urgent matter that we have been trying to contact them about for over a month. It’s so bad that we are just going to have to double up on our insurance just to have a broker that will talk to us since our current policies don’t expire with them for another few months.
