Melanie is the best. Today is my daughter’s first mother’s day. I got her the most beautiful flower arraignment to send her thanks to Melanie! She is so sweet even sending me a picture of them after she made it. It’s more beautiful than the picture I saw online! The flowers are amazingly fresh, full, and gorgeous. Thank you Melanie for making my daughter’s day, and taking the time to make sure I was happy!

Bought roses on Saturday… It’s Tuesday and they are so ugly wilted and half of them are dead. Pretty sad I should have went to Chars hers last! Never again!

I ordered the Zen Artistry Deluxe (T81−1B) arrangement for Mother’s day. Wanting to send something exceptionally special, I decided to call the store directly to ensure they’d be able to deliver it on-​time, and as described on-​line.
I talked to the Sales Rep, and Florist directly which both confirmed the delivery time and assured me the arrangement would have dendrobium orchids as shown on site. In addition, I opted to pay for the premium arrangement ($ 60) with a $ 19 delivery surcharge.
Later, I get a voice message that they are not able to deliver the arrangement, because it’s in Benicia, which is 12 miles away from the shop, and asked if it was okay to send it the day after Mother’s day. «Does that even make sense?»
Not having a lot of options, I called them and asked if they could continue to make the arrangement and I would have my brother pick it up. The florist confirmed again it was doable.
After pick-​up, I was extremely disappointed to find, the arrangement did not resembling what I had ordered. It wasn’t even close. To make things worse it was entirely all white (more like a funeral arrangement) and had Irises which my mom is high allergic to. I had called the florist to verify this wasn’t done by mistake, and to this day I have not received a call back.
Terrible customer service, highly unprofessional. I plan to report them to the BBB.

My husband surprised me with the beautiful orchid and Rose arrangement which I posted above. It was delivered to my office during working hours right to me personally. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. The vase was a beautiful purple glass vase. The picture is what the flowers looked like three days after the delivery. I personally have never used this florist before but after receiving this beautiful arrangement, I do plan to use them to order my Christmas flowers. Good job on a creative arrangement!

The shop isn’t much to look at but their flowers and arraignments are very pretty. I miss their parking lot every time I go and end up having to make U-​turns.

This is an awful place to order flowers for delivery. DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SHOP FOR DELIVERY. My husband used this florist on our 10^th wedding anniversary in October and yesterday for Valentines Day and guess what? Both times the flowers were not delivered on the the day requested. On our anniversary they added some additional flowers into the arrangement that they delivered the afternoon after our anniversary. As of this review, no Valentines Day flowers and no way to get in contact with the shop. BE VERY WARY OF ORDERING FLOWERS FOR DELIVERY IF YOU WANT OR NEED YOUR FLOWERS DELIVERED ON THE DAY YOU REQUEST!!!

On my way home i passed by this quaint little florist shop with 3 parking spaces infront of it. Thinking of my girlfriend i pulled in to grab her some flowers. I was very warmly greated by the shop keaper Melanie. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable as well as very gracious. She arranged a GORGEOUS buquette for me of roses and lilies. A stunning arrangement. She obviously knew her craft very well. She informed me that she is part of the family business that has been around for 99 years… They must be doing something right to survive all that time. I would definately show up again when im looking for something soecial for my special girl. Great job
