Lovelace Roofing

During a bad rainstorm last Sunday, we had problems with water coming in through the window in our dining room. It was as if someone had turned on the faucet. We weren’t sure where the water was coming from, since there was another room upstairs. My husband suspected the roof, somehow being diverted into the wall. I called Lovelace because I saw their advertisement in our church bulletin as well as two other companies. Lovelace was the only one to give me a quick response. Steven came the same day to access our problem and gave us a reasonable estimate. His assessment of our dilemma was right on. He took pictures as he worked to show how the water was working its way into the house. He originally said he couldn’t do the work until the following Monday, but he reworked his schedule so he could be here on Friday since thunderstorms were in our forecast for the weekend. He worked from 8:30 — 3:30 with one or two short breaks. He cleaned up all the debris when he was done. We appreciated him sending the before and sfter photos to see what was done. We just had another heavy storm today, and there is no water in our dining room! Steven is a great asset to his company, because we would definitely use them again, and recommend this company to our friends.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience I have had working with this company. Almost 9 years ago I had them do a roof off replacement (remove all old shingles and replace any bad wood then reroof) and I was very pleased with the speed, and cost of the repairs. They did a great job. However early this yearwe started having leaking issues. I meant to call them I. the spring and well never really got to it. Any way, my wife contacted them to see what they could do. That day a young man was out to inspect the issue and said he would get with the owner. Not two days later we were contacted by Tom, informing us he would «make it right!» I was amazed that after all that time they would go the extra mile in customer service. I wouldn’t have any other company do roofing work for me. I won’t say they will be able to do this for everyone but they did more than right by me. Oh and the siding work in the photos I did so if it looks bad thats not on them. lol
