Julian’s Landscaping

Found Julian’s Landscaping on Craigslist. He arrived on time, presented himself well and provided a quote. I decided to go with this eager young man. Again, he arrived quickly to do the work, clean up, and later lawn care. The job was done to about 85% completeness, and that reflected what he was paid. Yes, he worked his ass off while he was here, but again, I’ll have to go back and complete. The tree I wanted removed, and mentioned in all the bids, he said was an oversight, and he couldn’t do it and he wasn’t sure I mentioned it. No worries, we’d figure something out, but I expected on his return visit to complete the clean up and do the yards (edge, mow, take care leaves…) He didn’t show at the expect time so I sent a text. «Something came up» and he couldn’t make it. I asked if he was rescheduling or should I find someone else. «Find someone else thanks» was the response.
His ad’s state Low Price guarantee! Now I know why. I was hoping he’d do the lawns and do a great job which would help in the lacking back yard, but my gut says otherwise. I wish we could’ve worked things out, but that doesn’t seem to be an option.
