Pretty good pizza for being a chain restaurant, the guys here have always been pretty nice.

HH has been one of my favorite pizza chains for almost 20 years. Ordered a Howie Maui and a Cheese Burger pizza for the family last night, for delivery. The pies arrived fast, hot and fresh. The delivery gal was very friendly, probably the most friendly pizza delivery person I have met in recent memory. The pizza was delicious, as always, and the sesame and garlic butter crust were a hit with the kids. Love me some HH!

Decent pizza, poor customer service. We called in ahead of time to see if they would honor a deal they were cancelled due to inclement weather. The manager said yes. My wife even asked if it would be $ 7.99 for a three-topping large pizza. He again said yes. My wife and stepdaughter go to order and pick up the pizza and they get the ‘ol bait-and-switch. First, the manager says it’s only one topping for the price. Then he belly-aches about how large our order is. Sorry, bud, we have a large household of nine; besides, the deal said nothing about limited quantities per order. To add insult to injury, they ring up one of the pies as a thin crust when the order was for all classic hand-tossed or whatever they call it in the HH-verse. I would give this place a one-star rating but the pizza was at least tasty. That said, poor customer service is a deal breaker for me at any price or quality level. We could have gotten a better deal at Dominoes or enjoyed more flavorful crust for a little more at Marco’s, both of which are closer to us. Of course, the wife did not want to argue and end up having our food spit on. LOL Instead, she gets home and is very frustrated, taking out her anger at me. Thanks for nothing, Hungry Howies of Augusta. You better hope I don’t blast some blog and web site reviews about this piss-poor experience. Treat your customers better or this location will end up shutting down too. When it comes to pizza, there are tons of options so appreciate your supporters more.

one of the better tasting pizzas i’ve had here… crust is good and u can get 2 different flavors for the crust which was pretty cool… but what pizza place doesnt deliver with parmesan cheese and crushed peppers… the guy said u have to order it on the phone… ridiculous… and they charge $ 2.50 for delivery automatically… which means he gets less tip… don’t charge me for deliver unless u want $ 1 tip… would have given u $ 5

I ordered from them on two separate occasions, both times they were late and forgot dressing for wings. The first time I got the meal for free and $ 5 towards my next order. The second time the Manager told me tough luck after having me wait 30 minutes for dressing, all the while my food was getting cold. Will not order from them again.

I made a purchase tonight, over the internet, for a large pizza. When I showed up to grab my pizza and see if i could also get an order of wings, they looked around, kinda lost, and realized they didn’t see that my request had arrived. I asked them if i could add an order of wings, and explain to me if they were dry, or had sauce. The cashier said«sort of.» He asked me to wait for 10 minutes while they prepared my order. in 15 minutes, my order was ready. I was hoping they would give me the wings for free, since I had to wait… but didn’t want to ask. the cashier was very apologetic, which I appreciated. He didn’t offer to comp the wings and I didnt ask. The wings were dry, no sauce… and small. I ended up spending 27 bucks on a delicious, but smallish pizza and some wings i don’t think i can even eat. Shoulda just got the 10 dollar special from Pizza Hut.
