Domino’s Pizza

Pleasantly surprised after reading the not so great reviews of this location.
I’ll be honest, Domino’s has never been my favorite. I didn’t eat anything from there for many years but saw lots of commercials about how they improved. I was at a friend’s house earlier this year in AZ and they ordered Domino’s, I was looking forward to experience these improvements, but was not really surprised when it still tasted like cardboard. I was hungry though and ate some. Told myself no more Domino’s for me. However, tonight, I changed my mind.
I was craving pizza — yes, I can get better pizza at better deals but it would require venturing out in the cold night and I wasn’t up for it. The only place that delivers in my area is Domino’s. I came here and saw the mediocre reviews and almost decided not to order, but the pizza craving was strong and I was hoping to find some great coupon deals.
Bombed on the big savings, most of the better deals are for multiple pizzas. I settled with a medium pan w/​2 toppings, 16 pc parmesan bites (which I never tried before) and a 2 litter for 17.99. I couldn’t resist the cookie/​brownie creation — which is delicious, by the way.
I was amused by the pizza tracker so that I could see when my pizza went into the oven, it even tells you the name of the person preparing it and checking the quality. I was surprised to see that Ashley was already preparing it just 1 – 2 minutes after I placed the order.
It was ready and left the store only 15 minutes after I completed my order! I only live maybe 5 minutes from the store but I figured the driver may have other deliveries and might take a bit longer locating our unit so I wasn’t expecting it to be here in 5 minutes. I think it was about 15 minutes or less, so 30 minutes total from order to delivery.
The tracker also tells you who is delivering. Noah was polite and had everything ready (not like other places that always seem to leave something in the car), he even let me know the 2 liter took a little tumble in the car and warned me to be careful when opening!
The pizza was hot, fresh and exactly as I ordered: light sauce, sausage, and double cheese. The cookie/​brownie thing was hot and tasted like it was fresh out of the oven. The parmesan bites were warm, soft and yummy.
Now, I still am not a fan of Domino’s in general, there is something about the cheese that feels a bit weird. The texture is nice, but it has an off taste that I can’t quite figure out. This has nothing to do with the location, staff or customer service of this Domino’s so I would give the location itself 5 stars but I left off a star for the actual taste of the food, which would be much worse if the store had not cooked it perfectly or if it was delivered cold.
Kudos to the team at this location, thanks for restoring my faith in this brand name!

After an hour and twenty minutes the pizza finally came (we were told 35 – 45 min) without any of the toppings that has been ordered, the pizza and tge desert were cold, we’ve charged the full amount included the toppings but we got plane cheese pizza.
For sure wouldn’t order from them anymore…

Worst place for pizza in town.
Ordered last weekend. tracking said 35 – 45 minutes later, 1 hour later I call and ask what’s going on. .the usual «short staffed» excuse given. I thought okay 15 – 20 minutes tops 30 minutes later still no pizza I call and tell them and get told «what do you want me to do“by some kid. .I replied with you need to update the online tracking or hire more people 1 and half hour wait for pizza is ridiculous.
Of course the price will get you, but pay a little extra and you will get good service with at least decent pizza.

Just ordered pizza for the kids here tonight. Called at 8:41. Was told 45 minutes. Delivered at 9:04! Great job guys!

This was a one woman show and she was quick. Great service. I was in and out. Its what I expect quality wise from a dominos, fast and hot. Thank you red.

I have ordered the Italian Sausage Pasta from Dominos for several years. Today is the first day that it was actually made right. Pasta was soft, lots of marinara and sausage, the perfect pasta bowl. Usually it doesn’t have enough marinara and the pasta on the edges get hard because it’s not covered in sauce or cheese. Kudos to whomever is cooking today, keep it up.
Also love the new delivery driver! She was very personable and remembered everything she was suppose to bring. Can you hire more people like her and the pasta bowl cook?

I have called more than once to place order only to be told that the wait would be over 2 hrs long !! Sad

Ordered online and received all of our food but not the extras that I ordered. I called the restaurant and they offered to send someone out to bring me what was left out of the order. I said I just wanted my money back for the stuff we didn’t receive. I was told they would send someone out with my refund. Not only did they bring me the items left out of the original order, they also brought me the refund. I was super impressed and made me a returning customer. The food was also pretty good for such a reasonable price.

Ordered online. Order was perfect, fresh and hot. The pizzas looked just like the online photos (and we all know that’s super rare). Friendly driver — polite, well-​spoken. I just ordered again tonight.

Worst pizza experience ever. We order pizza from time to time but have never experienced such bad pizza. My first complaint is according to the dominos tracker, our pizza was done and out of the oven at 6:30pm, yet according to the tracker it didn’t go out for delivery until 7:05pm. It arrived at our house (which is less than 10 minutes away from dominos) at 7:30pm. Needless to say our pizza was straight up cold when we got it. What’s even worse than that though is that our pizza was burned black. It was so tough we didn’t even eat it. Our Parmesan bites were smothered to death in whatever butter sauce they use too. It was gross. Absolutely horrible experience. I will never order from there again. I don’t know what changed because we used to order from this dominos and everything was fine.

I have order pizza from dominoes before and I order a deep dish pizza and It was late and cold I called them to complain about the late pizza and cold service and no one pick up now I still gave them 13 dollars + a 2.00 tip and I Ordered at 5:17 and it is less than adequate and pizza didn’t get her till 6:19 and I have had this problem before and I have complain about this place 2 times Pryor about late cold pizza and management isn’t very good at all it and I don’t expect this place to improve under young management and I don’t recommend this place as it stands for now will keep you updated on my experience thank you for reading this review

I try to give dominoes pizza a chance even though I hate dominoes pizza. Every time they make my pizza it looks horrible with not enough toppings, it’s either dry or too saucy this location sucks!!!

Today, I ordered a medium pan made pizza and 2 orders of wings for my potluck/​meeting at work. I called sometime before 10:30am and was told that my order would be ready in 20 minutes to pick up, due to the fact that the man said he had 22 pizzas (for a school) ahead of me. 20 minutes is not a bad wait time. Because I work an exit before this location, I left work around 10:50 to pick up my order. When I got there, I was told to wait another 5 minutes, which became 10 minutes, and then eventually 15 minutes. I understand that they had a lot of orders that day, and it would have been fine if he told me on the phone that I’d have to wait 50 mins to an hour. I was late to our potluck/​meeting. If I would have known from the beginning that that was the wait time, I would have gone somewhere else, and not be late.
Other than that, the pizza and wings were good. $ 7.99 for a medium 2 topping pan made pizza is not a bad deal at all. If I ever order from here again, I’ll be sure to order it way more ahead of time.

Wow! I never write reviews, but this experience drove me right to here. I placed an order online and called right after to make a change. My change was really very simple, on the chicken beacon ranch sandwich I want no ranch and substitute Bbq sauce instead. The manager’s response shocked me, «we can make changes to the pastas, pizzas, and bread, but not the sandwiches!» and was really rude about it. I was confused and explained to him that this is something I’ve done at other Domino’s, including the one in Antioch. He tells me, «the manager in Antioch doesn’t follow the rules! This is strict Domino’s policy that we cannot substitute on sandwiches!» WOW! He even told me the managers name in Antioch, but I won’t mention his name on here. SSomething so simple as putting Bbq sauce on a sandwich instead of ranch is really that difficult and obviously bothersome to you that you had to be not only be rude to me, but to also put down another Domino’s owner? No class! Having an experience like that with someone handling my food made my choice really clear, so I canceled my order and then he hung up on me. Haha note to Domino’s, find another person to either run that store or another person to deal with customers!

The specials that Domino’s runs makes it hard for me to make dinner at a comperable cost especially when I am in a hurry. I do think that the quality of the staff has fallen off a little bit and I have not seen John the manager there in a while. That dude had customer service down.
What did I learn today? The Hawiiaan BBQ place next to Dominos is now a Vietnamese place.

Only one star because of the carry-​out deals dominoes the corp offers but other than that, THIS SPECIFIC DOMINOES FRANCHISE has the worst costumer service. for example they act friendly on the phone but when you arrive at the store, they consistently lack with acknowledging your presence and why you have enter the store. These horrible employees are a REFLECTION of their manager. They consistently miss something from your order. I am giving you money, STOP messing up! This is not my first situation, but TODAY I actually said forget it, I am going to write a review. So here Dominoes Martinez, you guys need to step it up! You guys are really horrible now! Never again will I spend money here or anyone I know will!!! I need to find a better pizza location!

Friendly service, good food and very helpful to two hungry guys!

I don’t eat Domino’s very often, I generally don’t like their pizza. However when I really crave a pizza when I I’m staying in this area and don’t want to go out, this is the place I’m using.
Their corporate website and ordering online is kinda cool, but the friendly and prompt delivery drivers are what make it for me. I appreciate their being polite and always at least pretending they’re in a good mood. I have now ordered from them several times, and I will order there again.
The pizza’s still not my favorite, but that’s more of a corporate thing too. My experience with this location helps a lot.

3 stars just for the service and delivery speed

This is a clean location with friendly staff. I like the prices too. I’ve never had to wait long to get a pizza for carry out.
