This place is horrible. The young man working there takes no pride in his work at all and seems lost half the time. The lady that works the counter is very rude and only cares about making a quick dollar. In fact they base their schedule on how much you spend, period. I even spoke to the owner on the phone and he was full of himself and cocky. Hopefully they will be retiring soon because they fail miserably at «CUSTOMERSERVICE». Please do not support this shop.

I went in on a Saturday and ended up picking out a touchscreen radio that was sold out and the dash kit for my car model was not in stock so they had to order it. We got a quote and gave our phone number so the younger employee we worked with could inform us when the radio and my dash kit came in, he was going to order the dash kit on Monday but the radio had already been ordered. The Wednesday following the Saturday went in we got a call that the part was in and so was the radio. On Thursday I took my car in at 10 am and we got a call it was ready a little after noon close to 1:00pm. The employee we worked with sat in the car with me and went through all the different settings, showed me how to use the Bluetooth for playing music as well as making calls through my radio and other features while my mom paid to the women that works there. Overall we had a great experience and I highly recommended this place for car audio needs, the workers were very nice and did a great job on my radio considering the model of my car was hard to work with due to the shape of my dash.

These people are awful… I’ll start with the non technical side first. To give you an idea of my expertise I am an avionics electronics technician for the Marine Corps for all fixed wing aircraft; I only went into this store because I bought a brand new car on leave and it had no radio; I had not time to do the work myself before I drove back to Cali. I gave them 2 stars only because the sell JL Audio… JL is an awesome product so you can’t lose there. So. No one up front had any idea what they were talking about with the products. They knew their way around basic stereo info but any difficult question in regards to RMS ohms, impedance etc. They probably have no idea that Ohm was an actual person and there are laws that govern all these things that he created. Their are 3 people in the store a mom a dad and a kid. The kid is pretty cool. The mom and dad are both jerks, completely rude. Ok so my car was a 1978 Chevy Monte Carlo, it had already been pre wired with a system but the amps and subs and radio had been taken out and literally needed no work at all, I had already ohmed the system out for continuity to see if it was gtg and it was. I make a purchase of 2600.00(slightly over price from Amazon but reasonable for JL, 2 sets components, 112 truck sub in a pre enclosure) and ask how much installation is going to be. THISLADYSAIDWEWILLINSTALLITAT A FAIRPRICEANDCHARGEYOUWHENYOUCOMETOPICKITUP! So I said that is very in businesslike and I don’t feel comfortable with that because if I come back and you quote me at a price that is ridiculous I’m taking my car and leaving. She said I had offended her… Lol ok lady. She then agreed to call me with a quote, after an hour I went back Because I hadn’t received a quote… She says between 500 – 700. THECARISALREADYWIREDLADY I NEEDNOKITS I NEEDNODASHFITSITSALLPLUG N PLAYATTHISPOINT. Then the dad try’s to sell me a new battery and a battery isolater(not a terrible buy, but for this system completely unneeded). I tell him this is unneeded and that a 2 °F capacitor would work if it was needed. He tells me a capacitor is terrible and adds resistance to your system. A capacitor is not a resistor… Capacitors store voltage from a power source and regulate power spikes across a circuit to stop circuits from blowing components or losing power to other vital parts on a circuit… Moron don’t try to oversell unneeded equipment, also know what your talking about. Also these guys have no pictures of work they’ve done that I saw… THERERETURNPOLICYIS5DAYSWITH A RECEIPTANDUNOPENEDBOXES… I went down to MACs Electronics and takes to Leon! WOWWHAT A DIFFERENCE! Their store is more professional looking, Leon was super professional and approachable and knew his stuff, pretty much, lol I his defense most don’t know electronics like I know them better than most. Also they deal mostly in Rockford Fosgate which is a company I love, just slightly below JL for competition purposes. He did my whole system with a custom enclosure in the trunk for 2400.00 and included 2 subs 2 components front and back 2 amps and a 2f capacitor! AWESOME! Also he’s got tons of pics of his work and it looks amazing! Leon at Mac’s good place good dude go their for sure or anywhere else, this family’s store sucks awful business awful customer service.

Don’t go anywhere else! Purchased a new radio for my teenager for Christmas. Needed a wire harness. Went to Best Buy. Purchased the one I was told I needed after the employee looked it up. Not the right one. Returned 1 and grabbed the other one compatible with my car, not it. Now I have to go back to Best Buy a 3rd time for a refund. Went to Pep Boys-no luck. Employee referred me to Anything Audio. Called in route. Had the part and had it ready. Came out to my car to make sure. Also told me I needed an in dash kit, which they also had in stock. Checked my speakers already in the trunk and told me what I needed. Even supplied the crimper caps and speaker clips for free! Will not go anywhere else! A+ customer service!
