Good food served hot and ready by a friendly staff. A regular stop for the family especially on a night when you don’t want to cook. You can’t go wrong at the Pizza wave. Fresh and delicious.

Food is great, salads have mixed greens and are big, Plus staff is attentive when I have my toddler with me. And there’s wine. Can’t beat it!

Not impressed with the pizza from Pizza Wave!
This weekend we were passing through the area, so we decided to grab a few pizzas from this restaurant. When we ordered to-​go, the employee on the phone seemed flustered and was fairly short. This amazing experience continued when we arrived.
From the moment we entered the restaurant, the cashier was rude and brisk. The cashier seemed less than happy to be in the restaurant and what frustrated me the most was the fact that she was rude to fellow staff members.
When it came to the food, nothing special here. The pizza was greasy, the «large» pizzas were tiny, and the Hawaiian Pizza lacked ham and had sloppy pineapple everywhere. On top of that, the sauce gave us instant heartburn which doesn’t happen at other shops in the area.
Overall, the pizza was average, but what killed this restaurant for me was the service and overt staff tension.

I usually love this place but they seriously need to improve on MANY areas. First let’s start by saying their prices are always different. I don’t know if it’s because people don’t know how to ring the register and just put whatever they think is right and then your tenders may be 7.99 today but 8.99 tomorrow. Make sure to look at your receipt and confirm. (Me and my friends order from there enough to know). Second, customer service. Jesus Mary. some people are so rude. There is a brunette girl that works there who’s about 5’5″ tall who NEVER smiles and is very short on her conversations with customers. No please no thank you no «have a nice day»… Again, agreed upon by my friends. I ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich the other day made a specific way and when I called the next day I was told they don’t do that anymore. So I told him I just got it the day before, they have since then changed their «policy»? I was rudely told they’d do it for me today but I shouldn’t expect it any longer since they stopped doing that «a long time ago». Lastly, order accuracy. I gotta say, i LOVE their buffalo chicken tenders (which i fail to understand why it’s so much more expensive than regular tenders with a side of buffalo) and I love their fries and ranch dressing but ⁸⁄₁₀ times they mess it up. Sometimes I drive all the way home only to find out that after saying CRISPY CHICKEN many times I got grilled chicken. Just a lot of hassle for the price… Sometimes when you call they don’t ask «Anything else», then they tell you ¹⁰⁄₁₅ minutes but how much? What if I want anything else? Sorry but you guys need to DO BETTER.

This is the 2^nd time I decided to give them a try b/​c the 1^st time they really messed up the order the 1^st time. With that said, I ordered a simple Turkey sub, large, everything on it & not toasted. It came to over $ 9, for a sub. Expecting something that would be AWESOME w/​killer toppings & overstuffed fixings I was sadly disappointed to get a sub w/​4 pieces of meat & overstuffed ‘bitter’ iceberg lettuce (it was the yellow stuff near the center) & a few other veggies. The supermarket next door might have been better, or Lambert Farm around the corner (Sandwich) they are worth the drive (5 – 8 minutes)

Pizza Wave is a hidden pizza place in a small strip mall with Stop and Shop in Cotuit on 28. We just found Pizza Wave after driving by the restaurant for years. It’s fantastic. The salads are fresh with excellent grilled chicken. All the pizzas are very good and as good or better than any we’ve eaten on cape considering this area is saturated with pizza places. Small area to eat inside and some outdoor eating.

Surprise!!! Very good food. The burgers are outstanding!!! Service very good. Not a very pretty place but food very good.

I had tossed salad with chicken salad. It was fresh and delicious, huge, enough for another meal. The meatlovers pizza was full of meat and very tasty. Don’t forget the baklava to finish your meal. I feel guilty but worth it.

Best pizza on the cape. Cotuitians love this pizza all the time. The pepperoni and sausage was great. Parking is easy and wait was fine. The employees are pleasant and the prices are in line with others around it.

Western Burger is absolutely delicious! Just grabbed one for take-​out. Best burger I’ve had in ages!

This pizza is no worse than the generally not great pizza in Massachusetts. But when a large pizza is only 14″ or so in diameter I have issues with the establishment. C’mon, Pizza Wave, stop cheating year around customers!

I can’t say much about their pizzas since I never tryed any.

Don’t get me wrong, I think this place is great. I’ve come many many times. I try to have the utmost patience and understanding when eating out as I know it isn’t easy especially around tourist time.
That being said, my experience this evening was not acceptable. I ordered to pick up at 5:45, I was told 25 min (6:10). We arrived at 5:55 and ordered drinks to wait, patiently. We watched many people join us, waiting. Now we saw as it became after 6:10. At 6:30 we lost patience and asked about our order. It has been sitting in a pile of orders, now like warm. Got an «sorry about that» and walked out… Fine. Thinking «this better be as good as I remember… And it wasn’t. The food sucked. The most boring flavorless steak and cheese and soggy french fries.
Thinking about my experiences elsewhere it could have been worse. It also could have been better. Starbucks offers you the miss-​made drink and a free beverage certificate if something goes wrong. The customer feels appreciated, valued.
Just something to think about…

Awesome pizza. It’s kinda like a Greek-​Italian blend!!! The house dressing is fantastic. Great place for a quick in and out or sit and eat there. I am a particular pizza guy and Pizza Wave hit it spot on! Plenty of parking. I highly recommend the pepperoni-​mushroom pizza with thin crust crispy!

I usually love this place, but I called tonight at 8:34, and was told that they stopped delivering 4 minutes prior, and wouldn’t deliver to me!
It would have been an order for 30 people — probably $ 300 – 400 order, but they wouldn’t deliver?
I hope to be so successful one day that I can turn down $ 300 – 400 for 25 minutes worth of work!
Ended up calling Pizza 1 Subs 2, and my order will be here in 35 min!

I like Wave pizza!

BBQ chicken pizza. Don’t think twice, just order it. You won’t be disappointed. I stay in Mashpee most weekends and pizza options are rather slim for where we are. Sick of Pizza Prima (yuck), a friend suggested we order from Pizza Wave. I didn’t even look at the menu, I wanted BBQ chicken and if they don’t have it then we weren’t ordering from there! Luckily, they do have it. We also got a large half peppers/​half mushrooms.
Can you say, yum??? I was in pizza ecstasy. Three of us literally demolished the BBQ chicken, not realizing the actual pizza purchaser didn’t get any! They also said the pepper and mushroom one was good. My only suggestion would be a tiny bit more BBQ sauce. Otherwise, excellent.
I also hear they have dollar drafts??? I will have to go in person to determine the validity of the statement ;)

You aren’t going to get greeted, no one will thank you. You will have to fight to even get change back, and how dare you ask for a receipt?
You will feel like crap walking out.
That is what you get when you go into a place with the average worker might be 16. The food is hit or miss. Big misses. The pizza is good. The onion rings are tasteless. They have a soda fountain, which is rare around here. The Buffalo wings are good. The Italian sub is good. The steak subs are worse than subway. They think a microwave is a grill.
I live a mile from this place, so it is convenient. But you’d think it is run by children with how amazingly rude everyone who works there is.
Big Daddy’s is closer, Papa Gino’s is far superior. Unless you have a fetish for being treated like excrement, go somewhere else.

Very very good Pizza.
Cape Cod has many pizza places and I’m sure many are good.
Pizza Wave has crisp pizza, very tasty, and very well priced.
We have come to really enjoy the consistency of the product,
the polite demeanor of the staff, and the short drive from osterville village.
You will be pleasantly surprised at how good and relaiable it is.
Highly recommended.

We ordered take out for 6 people. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Have ordered several more times since then and the same results, tasty and delicious. Friendly staff quick service.
