Consistently bad service. Waited over two hours for delivery cold pizza. We have also called in pizza and they said 30 minutes. When we got there they didn’t even have our order so we waited another 20 for pizza that was undercooked just to wait another 15 to get it right. Papa Gino’s in Pembroke is worth the drive.

The pizza is really good, but I love crust. And theirs isn’t too doughy and crispy. It’s a pretty good place.

I stopped going here after I witnessed one of the managers yelling at a young kid right in front of me. The poor kid was practically in tears. That middle aged woman should be fired for her verbal abuse if she is still there. I’m sure it wasn’t the first time she lashed out at one of the employees. The pizza is nothing to get excited over either. Usually lacks cheese and has too much sauce. There are plenty of independent pizza shops in Marshfield that are much better than this.

Let me say this first… the slice of pizza wasnt bad… but the service was wicked aweful! I waited what seemed to be 5 mins to be helped, and I was the only one in the place. The caesar salad was dry they didnt put the dressing I ordered on it. They never gave me a cup for my drink… I basically had to remind them to do everything right after I paid, which was way to much considering they charged me seperately for everything I ordered that came with one of their«value» meal deals rather than giving me the discount for the combo. Bogus!

Stopped going to Papa Gino’s several years ago due to better options available in my hometown. I have slowly made a comeback to Papa Gino’s over the past year or so. I actually love the pizza now. I think they have changed for the better over the past couple years. Love to try the«specials» pizzas. Usually only order takeout but I find the service very efficient. The manager is usually visible and appears well organized and is always very courteous. One time I had ordered one of the«limited time pizza specials». I loved this particular pizza and tried to order it on a subsequent visit. It was no longer available on the menu but the manager went out of his way to make one for me anyway! Kudos to this manager.

Papa gino’s is overrated. The food is ok and overpriced. The staff are always changing while leads to confusing with orders. Had them forget my bread sticks and waited to get it. The chicken ceasar was bad because the pocket fell apart on holding it. Why go there? When there several place near by for cheap and better food

We order out from papas 1 – 2 times a month. Service can be slow at times but the workers and the kids doing delivery are very nice. We like their buffalo chicken, buffalo chicken pizza, plain cheese, pepperoni, whatever kind of pizza you like is good here. Great location because it is a busy area with Shaws but papas is at the end so you can sneak in and out fast if you drive behind the buildings!

I know it’s a chain, but I have gotten consistently awesome takeout pizza and subs from here, as well as completely efficient, helpful and kind service. The pizza really is SO good. I’m not sure if there’s a tinge of nostalgia playing in here from fond Papa Gino– related memories from my youth, but it’s delicious stuff! And their Super Steak subs are luscious! I gotta say, I don’t know if I’ve had a better steak and cheese lately. Fast and pleasant service every time(and we generally order about twice a month from here now). I’m kinda loving Papa Gino’s.

I don’t eat at this location very often, especially since I live about 40 minutes away from it. It used to be right across the street from the CVS on ocean street but the location was moved and is now in the shopping plaza where the grocery store is, not far behind the original spot. I was there recently and I got 2 slices of pizza to go and a medium sized drink. The service was pretty quick but people seemed to be confused and rushing around. but I actually got my order faster than at any other Papa Gino’s. I had to remind them to give me my cup and the blue cheese(if you haven’t read my other PG reviews, I love to dip the pizza in my blue cheese!) but once that was handed over, I was in and out in about 5 minutes! I’ve eaten inside before and the restaurant is one of the more updated PGs. It’s always been clean and the service has been decent. It has a different feel from the old PGs with their paintings and mirrors and it also looks different than the newest updated restaurants with the maroon trim and changed lighting. It has large blown up photos of food and ingredients for their menu. The place isn’t that expensive for just a quick meal but pizzas are a bit on the expensive side. I’d recommend this Papa Gino’s to just about anyone:) One negative thing, I hate Coke and the Papa Gino’s chain just switched back to the Coke company instead of Pepsi. No more Dr. Pepper:(

Kind of a grease pit, I had a lot of my early birthday parties here. I remember going behind the counter to make a pizza as my friends watched through the glass. We made some kind of face with the ingredients. Kind of weird in hindsight. What’d you do for your birthday? I ate a face. Coke refill machine was behind the counter so you had to ask for refills. Maybe it was a deterrent? There were small, personal jukeboxes in each booth. Not sure if they’re still there. I remember distinctly playing Eddie Murphy’s «Party All The Time» in 1985!
