This gym is all about taking your money. Period. A perfect example is making members pay extra for classes. I’ve never attended a gym before where classes were not included in my membership.(With the exception of spin, which is always extra.) To top it off, the class schedule is constantly being changed. You like Corey’s Bootcamp? Oh, sorry, that class doesn’t exist any more. And apparently neither does Corey. Too bad, too, he was the only person in the whole place who smiled. Another example is the secret policy about refunds. I requested a refund because of not being satisfied with personal training for a variety of reasons, including one trainer not returning calls to schedule a session and another consistently showing up late. Oops, sorry, they don’t give refunds. It’s their secret policy. Regarding the gym in general, the vibe sucks. No one smiles. The trainers are mediocre at best. The circuit training equipment is nice. Everything else is the same stuff you can find at any gym.

I joined the gym in order to train with personal trainer Corey who really knows his stuff. He’s very good at tailoring a workout to each client’s requirements. And my results are noticeable. The gym itself is very clean, well-stocked with good equipment, and the staff very welcoming. They also offer their clientele reduced-cost blood tests. Glad I left the YMCA for this place.

I absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is very motivating, but not intimidating at all. I used a personnel trainer last week and was extremely impressed with the knowledge and quality of her expertise. Definitely a great place to go!
