Marshall Automotive Tire Pros & Service

I grew up in East Texas but now live in Austin. I was in Marshall for a business trip that caused me to miss both my birthday and my 5 year anniversary. Needless to say, I was ready to get home. Unfortunately, my car disagreed and let me know by somehow picking up a nail in the tire. My mom suggested Robbie at Marshall Automotive Tire Pros and, after a quick phone call, let me know he was expecting me. Even after I showed up over an hour late (due to my meeting going long), Robbie immediately got me on the lift. I haven’t had my car long and Robbie suggested I bring it back to the dealer for a new tire based on what he was seeing. He could have just as easily tried to sell me new tires, so I appreciate the honesty and advice. He and his team took the time to double-​patch me tire so that I wouldn’t void my warranty. After all of that? No charge. Robbie got me on the road as quickly as he could and I was able to make it home for a late dinner. Thank you Robbie!
