Well, we typically love Mancino’s; however, I just tried to call twice to place an order and whoever answered the phone just hung up both times. I understand that it may be a busy time, but that is still very rude and HORRIBLE customer service.

Battle Creek, MI
The sandwiches here always seem to be sub par compared to other mancinos restaurants. The wait always seems extra long and the owner apparently is to cheap for air conditioning and the workers are usually sweating very heavily in the kitchen. The place could really need a freshening up and a little better food quality.

They have some of the best pizza around this area. Service can be a little slow sometimes, so take that into consideration when ordering during busy peak days and times. Great prices! Cleanliness is average. If we order a pizza, it’s always from here.

Ordered the Mancino’s Pride pizza to-​go. Too much cheese I think made for a soggy crust and the canned mushrooms were a disappointment. Would I go again? Probably, but would order something else.

This location taste different from other locations, the Battle Creek and Charlotte are much better. It’s ok but will not go out of my way to order from here.

Unfortunately today was a first for us in getting hair in our food. We have come here probably 20 times before and this was a first for us. My daughter didn’t bring it up to their attention as she doesn’t want to bother anyone and ate the sandwich still.
Should note that no one in the kitchen was wearing anything over their hair.
Outside of my aboce issue… I love this place as it has the best tasting grinders of all the Mancino’s around. Although the seating area is old and used we still enjoy coming here and eating with friends.

Visited for the first time in a long time, we were visiting family in Marshall. You definetly don’t go there for the great automosphere as it isn’t new nor updated. The food is really good, hot and fresh. We had the grinders. We were there on July 5th, night of the Cruise the Fountain, and yes it was busy but we were able to get a table and food didn’t take that long. Definetly recommend for eat-​in or carryout.

Not sure why somebody put closed mancinos has been open forever. The pepperoni and ham pizza is awesome. Cheese they put on their pizzas is excellent. Also try the hot pepper cheese balls.

Great subs, and I mean GREAT. Very small town small restaurant atmosphere — complete with fund raising gumball machines. We initially ordered whole (instead of half) subs and the guy was cool enough to stop us, show us how huge the wholes were, and let us change our order (instead of just taking our money.) And did I mention the subs are AWESOME?
