Fixed our computer up overnight, much faster then the competition and for a good price. Saved me a couple of trips to Longview. It’s a one man operation so I did have to call ahead to make sure he was there and not off helping other people but Charlie worked with me and scheduled a drop off time. Pick up was without a hitch.
The replacement hard drive he put in has worked perfectly and has sped up my computer. My buddy told me I shoud have just written it off, he went to TSTC but Charlie was able to get all my pictures and programs off of the dead drive. A real professional.
