Comfort Inn Marshall Station

Not much to choose from here in Marshall, MO. This is one of the better hotels. The hotel staff is nice, however the hotel itself is dated.
There is a pool and hot tub but I didn’t bother as it was occupied by a rowdy bunch. No fitness center.
The room I stayed in was decently sized and has a split bathroom (shower/​tub/​toilet and sink/​vanity are not in the same room) much like a motel. Personally I like having a bathroom.
Overall the room was clean, you could hear a moderate amount of sound coming from the other rooms, bed was firm. OK hotel, nothing luxurious.

I am giving only 4 stars because I haven’t yet stayed and will update my review after my stay. I called to book a room with «Tara» and she is the ONLY thing that I can say is good about Marshall Missouri so far. Her level of customer service was down to an expert science. Even when I called in clearly distraught and a little on the «difficult» side myself she found a way to make me laugh and build a level of trust to get my guard down and make me feel at home again. Being in customer service myself and trained by one of the leading corporations in customer service I have to say this girl should be teaching all employees in Marshall how to conduct themselves professionally and with excellence.
My stay in Marshall has been terrible but Tara at Comfort Inn not only took the edge off she made me feel just that «comfortable»…what a concept!

Each time we visit Marshall, we stay at the Comfort Inn. It is the nicest motel in Marshall. Our room has always been very clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed our room this last stay. We had a king size bed and a full sofa; the room was not cramped. Only complaint is the bathroom was pretty tight but how much of your time do you spend on the toilet or in the shower. It suited the purpose. There are several restaurants nearby. A pretty good complimentary breakfast is served if you want to take advantage. We will again, stay here on our next visit. And, it is within walking distance to Walmart. What more could you want!
