Nice selection for a little local shop, but the help couldn’t be more rude at times. My 17 year old daughters bracelet broke (which was purchased there) and when I instructed her go in and ask what could be done they sarcastically & abruptly said «buy another one»! My other daughter was with her and witnessed this arrogant encounter. Not appreciated at all by me. I have first hand experienced a «snooty» staff in the past, but tried to just laugh at them as I purchased items and left the store. Very disappointing.

This store has a little bit of everything when it comes to gifts for ladies. They even package it for you in a gift bag with tissue, ready for gift giving. I stopped here twice in the last month and had great experiences both times. The women working there were so friendly and helpful!

Gilded Lily in Evans City was always such a treat with friendly service and always a good experience. This is a far cry from the cranberry store. These women think a lot of themselves and are «too good» to even talk to customers. I have even heard this from multiple people. On one occasion i took my 4 year old nephew so I could pick a new Vera and when I walked in I might have well have been holding satan. They glared at me the entire time and were so rude. I have probably gone there 5+ times without my nephew and had a terrible experience. They have missed numerous sales from me simply because they’re too good to ask if I need help. If I ever go now it’s to check out a Vera before I buy it online. I refuse to give them my money. Such a shame. The Evans city store women are so sweet.
