Went and had me and my Godchild nails done walked in around 530 there were all sitting down doing nothing so walked in told her needed nails and feet she caught a attitude and said well while we do feet u gotta get ya nails done we close 630 so I was like OK then the girl was rushing with nails had them in even got mad when I told her they rushed with my Godchild too then they rushed me to go dry nails she said black takes longer to dry so they only let me dry one time two my names got smudge when I left as soon as we were leaving out the door they left do not go if u want rudeness and shit of a job nails never again

The worst customer service.
I walked in here to have my brows/​lip waxed while waiting for my husband at Crossfit. As I walked in I told one of the ladies I would like my brows waxed. They just looked at me. I wasn’t sure what to do so I sat down. After about 10 minutes, I walked out. Mind you, there was 3 workers and 3 customers. 1 was already done waiting to dry.
Through this whole time not one person spoke to me or told me if I was suppose to wait etc. This is not how you treat customers.
0 stars if I had the choice.
