Ruby Maids

Made an online reservation.
Nothing happened.
Called them back, they said they’d be in touch with me later that day… then nothing.
Then I called back again. Then their phone was shit off.
Called back again. No answer.
Made another online reservation.
Still nothing.
Terrible experience all around?
Yes.

Ruby Maids really helped me out this past time. Ever since my wife and I had our second child it seems we can’t keep up with the housework. Not to mention the kids are only 14months apart! This means that if I’m holding one my wife is holding the other.
I searched around on Unilocal and found Ruby Maids and they had a couple of reviews that seemed promising. After a call to their listed phone number, I was able to book over the phone in just a few minutes. I even got to a log-​in to view my appointment on their website which was cool.
It’s great because I am only in living New Orleans for about 4 months total out of the year so the flexibility that Ruby Maids has provided is great. Alas, traveling is a burden but Ruby Maids always provides my family and I a clean home to return to. I recommend Ruby Maids as they have been my maid service for over 2 months.
