this is a sad rating. there is so much potential. large book store and nice looking, but the
merchandise is wrong. none of the shirts sold in the store had the school colors or logo – NMU – Wildcats etc.
you cannot afford to mismarket this way in todays markets. school products – branding – you can have all the little stupid statements you want on t-​shirts
and hats etc., but if you don’t put your brand out there, you are in trouble. enrollment is down. when I go to the bookstore I want to buy a NMU shirt or hat with the logo (NMU etc) and colors,
not a pink or gray shirt. the sizes also looked irregular – all were about the same length – long. the difference was the width. no parking available.
