We were so so happy with our wedding desserts from Baked. I was blown away with how good the cake was, my favorite was the vanilla with chocolate chip layer. The buttercream icing was the best I’ve ever tasted. We also had starfish cookies as well which were a big hit. We did a few tastings, but picked Corey in the end because he was so easy going, and his cake was awesome. Highly recommend Corey!!!

BESTBAKERYEVER!!! We got our desserts for our wedding from Corey at Baked and they were perfect! Our guests could not stop talking about how good they were. There was nothing left at the end of the night. The chocolate dipped coconut macaroons are our favorite. We got an assortment of cookies, mini cupcakes, and bars and loved every single one. We are going back to get some desserts for Mother’s Day. Hell we’ll be back there just to see what he has in his display case for sale. This place is the best!

Dude, best Bakery in Cape May County. Talked to Cory yesterday and asked for a Chocolate Cake, he asked if I wanted it murdered with Chocolate and I said yes. God Damn, this guy came through and made an amasing cake. Not to mention, he made the cupcakes for my wedding and also, Jebus H Christ they were awesome. They deliver on time, they’re high quality and the price is right.

I have been purchasing baked good from here since it opened and never has any problems with the quality of product or the staff in the shop… until I went to pick up a cake for my sons christening. The woman working there took my cake out from the fridge and half the icing on the side fell off, she said she would fix it, and she did with different color icing and a different style piping tip. When I later went back with photos of my cake for the owner to see, he could have cared less. He asked how the icing fell off as if I wasn’t telling the truth. He offered no refund, no discount or any kind, but worst of all no apology. He didn’t seem to care that a poor quality cake left his shop to been seen by dozens of people. Even shop rite apologizes for there mistakes! Will never step foot in this business again.

One of the best upscale pastry shops at the shore. You can taste the difference in the quality of ingredients at Baked. I’ve tried it all and my favorites are the apple turnovers, crème brûlée withReal vanilla bean, and Carmel apple pie, also the coffee French maccarones melt in your mouth. Anything you choose is delicious. With so many bakeries in upper this one stands out as being superior, however do not go expecting over the top sugar cookies with dyed icing or generic kiddy sprinklers cupcakes. They are a dime a dozen. This is one of a kind delicious.

Every time l go to the shore l make it a point to stop and pick up a cheesecake. There is no one in Philly who makes a cake quite like Baked. I had Baked’s Cupcakes at my girls baby shower… 50 cupcakes. They disappeared in minutes. Excellent products, friendly staff and unique delicious beautifully presented pastries. I am a fan

Tried Baked today for the first time. French coffee macarons, apple turnover, triple chocolate cake, vanilla bean shortbread, and crème brûlée. Let me save you some suspense — they were all delicious. The apple turnover and fhe vanilla bean shortbread were my favorite. Fresh, flaky crust on the apple turnover without being too sweet or too gooey inside. The vanilla bean shortbread was just incredible. A subtle hint of vanilla without overpowering the buttery goodness of shortbread. The chocolate cake was rich, and the macaron texture in the cookie and the filling was just excellent. The two surprisingly enjoyable factors were the price and the service. We were helped by Corey himself who was personable and down to earth. The pricing was also extremely affordable for a place whose owner has been executive pastry chef in the casinos. We’ll definitely visit again. And again. And again.

What a nice surprise near the Shore to find some tasty macarons! So far we’ve tried: chocolate macarons french coffee macarons apple turnover cheese danish chocolate peanut butter cake almond pear tart some kind of bread pudding dulce de leche My husband’s favorite is the turnover, and out of all of these, the almond pear tart would be the only thing that we’d pass on. They have an assortment of cakes that look like long, horizontal bars. Based on the layers and length to width ratio, I feel like they are more European or Asian in style(think Parisian bakery in Japan), but clearly American in taste(sugary, chocolatey, marshmallowy, creamy). Really, everything we’ve tried has been pretty fresh, and they are baking each time we go to the shop. The macarons were well made, a good size(not the american mini variety — think Paul’s), a good consistency in the shell and ganache.
