Would come here 3 or 4 times per week for at least 5 years now and it was by far my favorite place to get out of the office and relax. Unfortunately with the new seating layout and upcoming changes to the rewards program, I’ll be finding somewhere else to spend my time.

4 stars for great consistent coffee, but 3 stars for service: Out of the Starbucks locations in the area, this location is very consistent with how their coffee and specialty coffee drinks are made. Yes, there may be a line all the time but 1) it is the only one within 4 mile radius and 2) it is the one that makes it consistently good each time. I never really have a complaint about this location. Sometimes their customer service needs work. If no one is at the cash register but other employees are stocking things or making coffee, I’d appreciate it you would at least acknowledge me and let me know that someone will be with me so I’m not left thinking you are ignoring me. This happens once in a while, but not all the time. Parking can be a pain, but you are in a very busy shopping center, especially on weekends, holidays or sales. This location is not for one who is in a hurry.

Don’t go if you’re in a hurry… service is notoriously slow, not through any fault of the employees(they are always courteous and make a good cup of coffee every time) but rather the management that does not seem to be able to staff the store adequately during peak hours. This is not a one– hit review as I work across the street and go there often, and unfortunately, have walked out more times than I would have liked to because I do not have 35 minutes to spend on my lunch break waiting for coffee. This has been this way for years, I don’t see any concern for the patrons or the manager«jumping in» to help move things along during long lines(which frequently reach the doors).I have seen her doing other administrative tasks, blissfully unaware of the patrons standing… and standing… and standing… well, you get the point…

The older lady tonight behind the register was so angry and bitter. We had six people with us total and it seemed that it was way too much for her. All we ordered was venti black iced teas and a tall iced tea. Nothing hard or complicated. Made us feel totally not welcomed. If she is working again, we will not go in.

Drinks are fine, but the service is inefficient, and quite slow. If you are a commuter, consider passing this location on the way to work. It is a ten min it stop for anything that isn’t drip coffee.

the best Starbucks location. The employees here are so friendly and engaging. They never mess up my drinks. Because of the location, it does get really crowded but it’s worth the wait.

Aside from one or two employees the workers there have such a stick up their ass! They never smile, give you looks and always look they are miserable! It is actually amusing. Everyone that goes there says the same thing. It’s not the best coffee but if you want some pure entertainment go order from there:) they bring new meaning to the word Debbie downer:) I love Starbucks and people at corporate though:)

Drinks were good as almost always are at any location. However, service was seriously lacking in several ways. Among the worst was when a lady next to us crashed chair into my arm causing my just received hit Chai Latte to fall and splatter all over the floor. It took at least 7 minutes for someone to offer a towel or show up with a mop. No inquiry about whether or not I was burned and no concern for the dozens of other customers slipping in the mess. I had to put a chair over it myself to protect people from stepping in it and falling. Once someone showed up with s mop there was no offer to get me another one, free or otherwise. The lady who spilled it walked away as if nobody else in the place existed and I got bupkis. I’ll be back because they get it right more often then not and I love their products, but just maybe not to this one. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the two tiny sips I got tasted pretty good.

I’ve never had a bad drink from here. HOWEVER, customer service needs work. The slowest line ever. Not to be rude but if I’m paying four bucks for a coffee it shouldn’t take me half an hour to get. I had a birthday reward on the app but didn’t know how to get it. Not only was the girl rude about it. She didn’t even ask if I was getting anything else. So I stood their awkwardly for abt a minute and then said«yeah I wasn’t done ordering…» The other girls though had always been nice so maybe the day was just an off day. Still a 3 for crowd control though. Other starbucks do not have that long of line. And I’ve been here in the AM and PM… Always out the door!

I’ve never seen a Starbucks as crowded as this one, no matter what time of day you go the line is insane! The workers are very friendly and accommodating though. There have been a couple of times I have gone and(because they were so busy) they forgot to make a drink in my order, and they have given me vouchers for a free drink the next time I visit.

I love Starbucks and always will go out of my way to hit one up for a steaming or iced cup of deliciousness. However be prepared to wait at least 10 min to get a cup of anything at this location. Prob 15 – 20 if you order a barista drink. I actually am writing my review as I wait for my veinti decaf regular coffee as they don’t brew it so they have to «pour over». As my lonely cup sits and waits the manager(who is super nice, but very disorganized) runs around like a chicken with her head cut off while there are 3 other employees behind the counter. I have no idea why this location is soooo slow no matter what time of day. I’ve been here at 5:30am and still took a good 5 – 10 min to get my drink and there was only 1 other patron. Most of the time I opt for the dunkin across the street although they aren’t much faster.

I’ve finally figured it out: Starbucks coffee is so bitter because its most popular/sold beverages are the sweet syrup-laden or condimented, and the super strong coffee flavor needs to «shine through» all of the other stuff. So, for straight-up black coffee, espresso, cappuccino or a mocha, this really isn’t the place for that. I find the best time to come in here is during the early afternoon, when it is least crowded. The recent turnover of staff leaves for happier & fresh employees, thus better service. Their Wi-Fi is very reliable, as well. I enjoy the communal table, too, but maybe that’s just me. Also, for now, if you buy a beverage before 2pm, you can show the receipt after 2pm on the same day only and get a grande anything for $ 2 minus tax. I cannot say when the promotion will end, though, but it is a tempting excuse to come back on the same day.

Quite a large location and this Starbucks is always so crowded. Between 9&11am it’s very difficult to get a seat. Come in the afternoon, and while it is a lot less crowded, it can take forever to get through the line. I don’t understand. They have EXCELLENT internet

Starbucks is Starbucks, but this one ALWAYS seems to have a line, and the retail area is hard to get to when there are ten people standing in line… it makes you feel bad that you want to browse the mugs and gifts. Still, they are a friendly bunch behind the counter, and it’s always nice and clean in here, unlike some other Starbucks locations where there never seems to be a clean table. Lovin’ my peppermint mochas this holiday season as always… I’m limiting myself to one per week!
