I think it is hard to review and rate this store. I am writing this review based on the customer service, the store layout, and the ease of reviewing what they have to offer. This review is NOT about the products themselves.
My parents were in town and wanted to check out the Sleep Number store. You see the commercials, and until you physically go into the store to experience it, it is hard to judge if it is a fit for you or not.
The store manager took care of us. He was very kind, informative, and he helped explained the different type of mattresses, what each offered, etc.
The beds are very expensive with a range of $ 1500 — almost $ 9000.
The store was laid out nicely. You can shop in there for pillows, sheets, and other accessories other than mattresses.
This location gets a 4 for being organized, clean, and receiving good customer service.
