Scheduled an appointment for today for my husband and I. No greeter, really bad form to fill out (printing so small and it ran together) and had to find our own pen to use from behind the desk. Our fault for not checking to see if it was the same optometrist we had as last time — it wasn’t. This guy was very unprofessional — in dress and manners (his shirt was not tucked-in in the back) and when we cancelled our appointment, he said «good, I get to go home early»…how rude! We’ve been going there for a long time, but we won’t be going back there anymore.
