As they were making my pizza, they would inform me «oh we don’t have this ingredient», «or that one» I was getting a bit annoyed but gladly substituted with others, the taste was great but it would have been better if it had the ingredients the menu called for.

Dirty and gross. Tonight my wife, son and I went in for dinner. There was 1 employee working so we had to wait 10 minutes(note 2 other people in the restaurant) before ordering. Every table was gross and not wiped. Both the kids highchairs had caked on food and looked like they were never cleaned. The fountain soda machine was completely empty, but the employee still sold us drinks… and that’s not even the worst part. While eating our pizzas I noticed a blue cheese flavor. I just assumed some blue cheese got mixed into the mozzarella. Nope, after eating most of our pies my wife noticed MOLD in the parmigiano shaker. GROSS. I let the employee know and all she said was she’d fix it. Never going back.

The best pizza I’ve ever had. Friendly staff as very helpful staff. Clean and causal place. I will definitely return. Also you get a chance to win on Facebook every day.

Not to happy with the pizzas I ordered last night. I got 3 large and they were so undercooked and just tasted like raw dough

I’ve eaten here a handful of times hoping it would get better but ehh, not so much. Their website claims they produce ‘true Neapolitan pizza’ but it’s definitely not. I feel their dough is too thick for Neapolitan style pizza and lacks a lot of flavor. I was expecting a crispy exterior on the crust while the interior remains a little chewy but the pizzas come out under-cooked in spots and their vegetables and cheese do not seem fresh nor lend any flavor to their pizzas. While I do like the concept of this style pizzeria, the product is below average for the quality, taste and the cost. There are definitely better options for pizza in the area.

This is not good pizza. I don’t know what it was. Dough too thick, ample cheese and sauce but no spices.(Had the meatball pie). Not terribly hot(was cold before halfway done eating). It reminded me of the ‘English muffin pizzas’ we used to make at home as kids. Bland and boring. We also had a chicken bacon ranch salad. It was strangely overdressed and the bacon had an overpowering smoky flavor. It was heavy and weird. Definitely not as nice as the salad picture on the website. The atmosphere was just weird. The smooth jazz playing made me uneasy for some reason. Felt like I was eating dinner at a strangers house. Lastly the service was friendly but they seemed shy and nervous. One employee went next door to Smashburger and sat in the dining room eating his Smashburger dinner. Update: Manager did promptly contact me and is looking into issues. I will be sure to stop back and post updates

This place was seriously amazing! Bryan, the manager was so nice and helpful putting this whole event together. We booked the Game Truck for our son’s 8th Birthday Party and needed a place that would allow the Game Truck to park for 2 hours so 20 kids could rock out on the video games. This place was so accommodating for us. All of the kids and parents loved having a birthday party here. I highly recommend this place!!!

Just walked in for the first time. Not your typical pizzeria so it you are seeking just a slice then go elsewhere. We walked in for just a slice then had to kinda get a personal pizza for $ 7.95 because no single slices here. Very fresh, amazing toppings and super duper amazing service! I can see however that as the place gets busy it can take a while to order and get your food because they make everything right in front of you and to your liking. If you like toppings then try this place because no extra charges for any and all toppings. Giving 5 stars for the amazing service. Very nice guys, honored Unilocal 10% discount too.

Good concept that needs a little fine tuning. Overall the food is great so if you need a quick pizza on the run this is the place to get it. Its a similar concept to Chipotle, you walk along a counter of food and tell the pizza artiste what you want on your base. There were no restrictions as far as I could tell, you could keep asking for anything and they’re cool with it(i.e. more cheese, more ham etc). Once assembled you pay for it and go and sit down … in the meantime they fast cook the pizza in a 1000 degree oven. It works — the pizza is good(considering the speed/price) and the only limitation is the fact that you might imagine some combination of indgredients is good but it turns out not to be. Thats life though, if you try something different you can expect variable results(sometimes good, sometimes bad). The negatives really come down to the odd coloring scheme. Its tough to explain but it just feels a little grungy. Deep reds with dark colors, even the staff wear black, sort of like the Marilyn Manson effect. Its not that bad, just odd — and without music makes it a little eerie to sit their eating pizza in silence in this gothic surroundings. Seems like buying a $ 10 radio from Walmart would be a quick solution. Staff/Service is not super friendly, but not too bad either. They won’t bring out the pizza to you though and expect you to come to the counter to pick-up. I think they should have a consistent policy around this. Ideally I’d give 3.5 but 4 is OK too although slightly undeserved. If they can get their surroundings together, get a radio and make the staff a little more cheery then perhaps a solid 4.

Awesome pizza, friendliest and best looking employees! I won’t eat pizza anywhere else. And I hope they see this and let me win another free pizza :)

Decent pizza, but woah, the price! My husband came home with a ‘large’ QUATTROFORMAGGIO and thank goodness our 2 kids weren’t hungry b/c their large is the size of your average pizza place’s small. For $ 16 that’s a disappointing 6 slices. The flavor was fine — can definitely tell they use quality cheeses, but you can get great pizza elsewhere without having to convince your kids they’re not hungry enough for their usual 2 slices. :) My husband did say the pizza was done quickly and the server friendly so there’s that!

I have mixed feelings because I came shortly after they first opened so perhaps they didn’t have their ducks in a row yet. 1) There was NO music playing. It was very oddly quiet while ordering and eating. Hopefully they have music now? 2) The wait was FOREVER. The oven is not very big, although it looks it, but they do not overcrowd the oven so we waited a long time for our pizzas since it was busy. 3) The online ordering toppings didn’t match what they had in the store. I am glad we came to order in store or we would have been disappointed with how our pizza came out. 4) The crust was blah. I was disappointed with how the pizza turned out. 5) The boys making the pizza didn’t look all that enthused to be working. Perk up and make the customer feel like their pizza matters to you. It is all about how you present yourself. I am not sure if I will return, but I may give it one more try since I came shortly after they opened. I hope they made adjustments.

It’s not traditional pizzeria pizza, but it is good brick oven pie. Best gluten free pizza I’ve had.

I’ll start by saying if you remotely value decent pizza then stay away. Not only is this store extremely disorganized but the pizza was terrible. They burned my two pizzas twice turning the 5 minute experience to at least 20 minutes. I’ve had better pizza from the frozen department at shop rite. The management and team members appear to have no clue what they’re doing and are extremely slow. It’s a real shame as the concept is great but the implementation is terrible. The ingredients appear sub par as well and with $ 8 for a small or single it’s not ‘cheap’. I’m not a fan of dominos or Pizza Hut but would take that pizza over 1000 degrees pizza any day.

To put it simply — not good. To start, staff was friendly, but seemed overwhelmed on a Friday evening. I hoped the crowd was an indication of quality, but unfortunately I was pretty disappointed. We ordered a white pizza and a pepperoni. The fast-casual build-your-own concept is certainly appealing, and the flavor of the toppings were decent, but the crust was so dense and undercooked(despite black spots from the legit brick oven«cooking») that the taste of raw dough overtook any good flavor that was there. My husband insists that there’s no such thing as bad pizza — even he opted to throw it away. Sorry 1000 Degrees — I wanted to love you!

Worst Pizza. We ordered the New Yorker and the Philly. The New Yorker was an overlooked dough ball with barely no sauce and little cheese. The Philly was pretty much the same except it was loaded with onions. Much better options in the area. If you want true brick oven pizza try Stella in Philadelphia!

Well worth a try. I go there a lot for something quick, easy, decent size and affordable. They make everything in front of you whether you order something off the menu or create your own pizza with the 20+ toppings. Kinda like a salad works of pizza. A+.

Went in today 3rd time. They are a little slow and yes skimpy on the sauce but it is not runny. 5 people working one person taking orders. Person in front ordering a lot of pizza. Writing them up. Suggestion another person could have jumped in and took the next people’s orders and moved in front and got them out, while the person with large order and salad before the next people’s orders being taken. Pizza is great.

Wow was this place a disappointment. Undercooked sub par pizza and service was horrible. For advertising how quick they can make your pizza in a 1000 degree oven, they were very slow and the pizza was way undercooked! The staff member that took my order was also a pizza maker. He wore gloves while he made pizza which would would have been nice to know if he then didn’t pick up the pen that everyone uses to write down my order only to go back to making pizzas again without changing his gloves !! I will never return to this place . I’ll stick with Ragazzi’s, thank you very much.

I think the pizza is good! I saw some reviews saying they are overpriced but we ordered 3 of the small pizzas for a family of 5 and it was plenty of food for 25 dollars. We got the plain, margarita and buffalo chicken. My only complaint is that I only said no oregano on the margarita and they also skipped the fresh basil, which is my favorite part about it. We would definitely go back and try different kinds!

Such a great idea that you can create your own and the pizza is done so quick! I’ve eaten here several times since they opened and have not been disappointed. I did a create your own both times and got the Siracha sauce and pesto sauce. The Siracha was just a hint of spicy which I liked.

Has to be the worst pizza our family has ever had. Service was friendly but counter woman seemed frazzled and it wasn’t even busy. Super over priced & the dough tastes like cardboard. The entire experience was like eating at Subway. Witnessed them refilling the containers from«bagged» supplies I.e. ‘Fresh mozz’. Wouldn’t consider it fresh if it came out of a bag they ripped open. Way way overpriced. And then to top it off they were storing the wooden pizza board that they use to get the pizza out of the oven on a dining room chair that I’m sure someone’s dirty stinky butt was sitting at. They also used yet another dining room chair to stack dirty dishes on. Gaaa Rosssssss. Then to top it all off the dining room was still under construction. Do yourself a favor. Call Dominoes. They deliver.
