When I did the tasting originally I thought the cake was great and was exactly what I was looking for. On the day of the wedding, although the cake looked nice, it had BARELY any strawberries (it was a fresh strawberry and cream cake) and was very dry. I had complaints and was embarrased. I contactd them and was blown off the first time until I had pictures, then I was sent a 10% refund. My biggest peeve is that I cant redo it and felt I deserved more than 10% on over $ 1000 cake that was not what was shown at the tasting.
