Disgusting and the opposite of ‘fresh.’ This franchise has really gone downhill. Take your money to a smaller sandwich shop for something edible or just buy some bread and cold cuts at the store.

Wanted a toasted Italian BMT but the toaster was broken. Unacceptable at a subway. Only thing that keeps them from getting one star is that they called at 8 am To get it fixed and still nobody came. Ordered a meatball instead. Otherwise everything was fine. At least it wasn’t their fault and they made the effort to get the toaster fixed.

They never have Italian bread ready for sandwiches, so you get what you get with this location. staff is slow & lazy and consistently tell you to wait to order while they do others things(aren’t they supposed to serve the customer?) I also find it odd that the price is never the same for you the 3 sandwiches I order for my family!

Convenient location for easy in and easy out right near the center of town in Marlborough. Not a lot of seating inside. The staff is usually quick and efficient. Sandwiches and salads are what you expect from Subway. If you don’t like D&D it’s pretty much the only other ‘fast food’ choice in town.

Terrible place! The buns are not fresh, veggies are not fresh either. It is not uncommon to see yellow/brown lettuce there… Customer service sucks and I witnessed someone finding a staple in their food! Never again…

Need a quick sandwich for a decent price? Subway is good for that. The local Subways are typically consistent when it comes to quality and portions. I have been to a few that leave a lot to be desired. The Subway here in Marlborough isn’t too bad depending on the staff. Last stop in was mediocre at best. Nothing that blew my mind, yet nothing that would necessarily keep me from coming back. Nothing impressionable and if I knew I would be passing a better sandwich shop on my journeys, I would definitely wait and spend the extra dollar or two somewhere else. I usually stop into a Subway if I’m short on time and/or just have that urge for a grinder and I’m passing by. But all in all, convenience and instant satisfaction is the only thing that continues to get me through the door at this Subway, or typically any Subway

I just don’t like Subway and this isn’t even a good Subway. Joan likes the turkey subs. I was picking one up and a customer came in to buy a roll. The owner wouldn’t sell him one. The customer bought a vegitable sub and left the veggies on the counter. A Five Easy Pieces moment.
