This place didn’t seem to bad when I visited but I have to admit that I’ve only ever visited it once and that was years ago. The reason for the visit was because their ATM at this location was malfunctioning and did not give me the full amount of cash that I told it to withdraw (while deducting the full amount from my account). The people were friendly about it and I got my cash back within 5 minutes.

This bank has the worst service ever! You can never get anyone to answer their phone if you have a question about your account, they photocopy your drivers license every single time you do a transaction, and their customer service skills are definitely lacking. I cannot wait to close my account!

I don’t like coming here. Its entirely based on one of the customer service reps. He’s slow and unfriendly. Not like won’t chit-​chat, more like he just stares at you while you’re waiting for him to work on your transaction. And everytime I make a transaction, they make another copy of my driver’s license. Do you really need a dozen copies of the same license? No I didn’t just give you the license of a 80 year old black woman. Its the same license everytime I come in. Aside from the slow and creepy service, they do have free dum-​dums so that’s something to do while you think in your head «wtf is this guy’s problem?».

This credit union sucks now. It was so much better when it was Unifed Federal Credit Union.
The customer service is subpar, they are stingy with their loans (even with credit scores in 675 – 705 range) and their rates suck for cars, morgages and line of credit loans.
Hit up another credit union. You won’t be sorry.
